First time going to Sonic. Saw the advertisement for the All American Burger meal deal for $6. This is a great value but what I got had much to be desired. The burger was a decent size with two thin smashed patties, with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes that were not ripe, pickles and onions ketchup and mayo. It wasn’t bad but not great. I got the tator tots instead of fries. Initially it tasted fine, then came the awful aftertaste of old oil, that left a terrible aftertaste. I could not finish them. My regular Coke had a terrible aftertaste as well, like overly chlorinated water was used. A definite chemical taste. So the price is right, but ultimately I would likely not go back given the poor taste.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Because it will take them at least 10 tries to get your order correct. The employees absolutely do not care about doing their job and the location is likely mismanaged. I like Sonic as a drive through, so I’ve been giving this one numerous opportunities to do anything right. All 7 times I’ve been the order has been butchered. On top of that it takes them forever to get your order done, I’m not sure what takes so long to get room temperature food that you didn’t order. I even called to ask them what is included on the sonic smash burger, to which they responded with “I dunno right now”. This place is the worst fast food option on the entire Island. Trash.

Ordering in the app or at the stall means you have to wait for EVERYONE in the drive through to get their orders. This is the second time I have placed an order and parked and watched as there are only 1 or 2 cars in the drive through when the order is placed but then the line slowly fills up and customers come and go while I sit and watch and my order comes out more than 10 minutes past the time they say it will be ready. My order only comes out when the drive through is completely cleared. Very frustrating and very disappointing. And they waited until 13 minutes passed the time that it says it will be ready before they tell me they are missing something in my order. I did not receive my order until 17min passed the expected time

Just picked up some drinks and a burger from this location and it was STELLAR. The woman at the window Char was so nice and made my drinks SO WELL! The best I’ve ever had Sonic’s drinks ever made. My burger was fresh and delicious and I am genuinely confused by the low rating that this location has. Again Char is a gift and this location is lucky to have her.

Absolutely the best. Friendly service, delicious food. I wish Orlando’s Sonic would be as good. This has been the best Sonics experience in the entire state of Florida. Keep up the great work and don’t change a thing!

I haven’t been to a Sonic’s in so long I was super excited when we found this one. I think I jumped a curb to get here.
I got a chili cheese dog… onion rings and a strawberry limeade. Husband got a chicken sandwich on Texas toast and the kid got chicken nuggets.
This was hot and fresh and I stuffed it all in before boarding our ship…I was very satisfied with this choice.

Place has gone downhill! Seems the same way last several times I went. Will not be going again. The evening Waite time with no one in line is very very long. 2 younger guys there this night. Waited over 20 min for food. I pass by and don’t really see anyone going to sonic that much anymore and now I see why…

I don’t know what is going on at this Sonic, but it’s absolutely insane. Extremely excessive wait ! 15 minutes for 2 drinks is ridiculous. Either staff the place properly or shut it down! The one guy working was nice & apologized, I know it’s not his fault it’s management. So management needs to get it together !

Something isn’t right about the store. It has gone down quite a bit! My burgers were raw and my mozzarella sticks didn’t have cheese in them. They were cooked so much! The fries were also overcooked! Very disappointed!

I like to order sonic blast from here once a week my father does as well it is our sweet treat. Now that we dont have a dairy queen this is the o ly pla e to get something like this. The past 3 orders ha e not been right at all halloween we ordered chocolate trick or treat they gave us vanilla we wanted add ons charged us but didn’t add the extra. Due to thier poor quality a d lack of care for care I am no longer able to get my refund through door dash even with pictures and receipts because they mess up so often. Yes I know if they mess up go somewhere else here on merritt island they took our dairy queen and McDonald’s is just as bad
