The coffee was watered down
They told me there was no butter but gave me a knife
This was the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to.
The positive that I can come up with is the coffee and hot chocolate was hot.

I have always received family like service here with me and my mom and now that my mom has passed way it’s not the same for me (not Dunkin, just me going) and I tried to go again to get my usual and y just was crying in the drive through and this angel just made me feel less like blurry face in a sea of people. She left me a little note with my order to remind me that my mom is always with me. And that is just what I needed today.

The hours listed 5 am open time . At 5:16 they are in the building but saying “ sorry we are not open yet” stood there 5 min waiting on someone to even give me attention. As they walked back and forth totally ignored me. Work the hours posted or close the store!

I have been here for times now. Food is good (breakfast all day, yay), coffee and tea has a good variety, staff is nice. The reason I took one star off is because even though they are nice every time I’ve come something is forgotten it wrong on my order. They are VERY nice and fix it right away, but I have to go back in and that takes more time. I will go back because it tastes good and the staff is nice. Hopefully, next time will be no mistake on my order. OH and the best breakfast croissant sandwich ever!

My latte is always perfect but it’s the fantastic customer service lately that has me leaving this review. I’m not sure who hired the gentleman that has served me the last two times but kiddos to you. I had almost quit coming due to a few rude female works in the past. I go back and forth with this dunkin. Everyone is very nice which is why I hate leaving a bad review. But the service here has started severely lacking. Waiting forever inside and in drive thru. Once waited 20 minutes at the speaker saying “hello?” before anyone said a word to me. They are constantly out of half their items. Today I got a mocha iced latte, which was good, but I got 2 egg and cheese wraps, with burnt cheese and burnt crumbs covering the outside. It’s just unacceptable at this point

We ordered a macchiato and got a drink full of milk . When we told the girl at the counter that we can barely taste the coffee in it she was rude and said that’s how we do it here. I don’t mind the taste as much as the attitude we received when we complained. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

I’ve tried over and over again day after day with this location only because it is in my direct route with work and the horrible experience I had the day before is always topped with a new one. Aside from the fact there are always 6-8 people working and nothing is ever getting done, you will wait in the drive thru for 15-30 mins on the average, mobile order or not. If you do go in, (thats if they allow you and don’t put a drive thru only sign on the counter) you will be greeted by horrible customer service and employees kids running around the store. The attitude from employees, the genuinely slowest service you can imagine, and careless ness and lack of ability to cancel your order or escape the drive thru once you’re in it are all reasons to never visit this dunkin location.
