Always loved it here ! A quick stop to grab something to eat after shopping.But last night I was very disappointed 5 pieces of briskets lots of bbq sauce ,no onoins,and both burgers slap on top of each other ,and not how the ad looks..lol just be the judge on how the breads looks .should of took picture of my man burger buns too, he ended up just took 2 bites of the burger and said save it for someone else.smh

The fries taste like it’s been frozen for centuries and the chicken strip was hard like a rock but hot from the microwave. This place screams cancer awaiting to happen to me. Forgive me for being honest but I feel like I should tell the truth nothing but the truth. Who knows, maybe after this review they might improve with the quality of the food and the customer care needs to be more than just a job. Thank you all.

I was really excited to order from here again because it’s been a long time since I have seen them in Sacramento. I placed my order and I waited I everybody else. And I waited and then one young woman asked me if I had fries with my order and I said yes I did. So she gave me a bag of fries. I not knowing at the time is that they were giving my food to that young lady. I don’t know what to say about that but I waited 20 minutes for them to remake my order. And it still was not right the second time…smh

The line was short (2 people in front of me), but the wait was long (25min). The menu has a lot of pictures and makes your mouth water while waiting. However, the product was a different story. I ordered the Bacon BBQ Mother Cruncher, which is a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, bacon, bbq sauce, and crispy onions. The chicken was dry and the sauce was barely on there, as if they were conserving it. The fries are trash!! So, get the sandwiches only, if you still want to try this place for yourself. If you have the do some shopping, have a friend order as soon as you get in line.

I’m sorry to hate on Rallys, but the food was just not good. Cooked perfectly fine, but all the items we ordered tasted off in their own way. The burgers were not nearly what was pictured. The meat tasted bad by itself without anything else on it. The bacon was really, really bad. The bread was fluffy and soft but had an odd taste like cardboard. Then we got the loaded fries, and they have a sour taste to them. The cheese tastes synthetic like a fake cheese. They were severely over seasoned and super salty. Service was great. Kind cashier and very fast order to food speed. Just sadly the food is not great at all.

Best food I have had in a while! The burger was fresh and juicy absolutely delicious! The fries are sooo good especially if you dip them in ranch… yum!! The service was great very friendly, clean tables and chairs. Overall a great experience will return to try more items! Oh and the shakes 10/10. I definitely recommend the number 1 or 3!!!!

I love Rallys Hamburgers, I am very happy there back. I use to go to the one on the corner of Stockton Blvd and 47th when I was a kid, I took the whole family and they all loved it. I hope they open a drive thru so I dont have to go in the Walmart. (it’s inside).
