Came to have a late lunch. Service was slow but I ordered fajitas. The fajitas were good I also ordered a Mac and cheese that was old and dried up. Fresh fries that were old and hard. Overall I wouldn’t recommend going at a dead time seems like you get served left overs from earlier. BOH manager should catch this.. I seen alot of sitting around from female employees.

I ordered the 3 for Me deal and chose a salad, the Big QP with fries, and a Coke Zero. With the food and drink coming in very reasonable portions and tasting great as well as the staff being friendly and prompt, the promotion is one of the best values around for dining. I have often spent more than the amount paid here for meals that consisted of less food than what was served. Watch out, fast-food places (including you, McDonald’s)!

Chini’s has sure come a long ways since I was last at a Chili’s 3-4 years ago. Service is super fast now and the prices … this 3 for me specials are great and another good thing here are these lunch specials. For $10 you get an decent sized entree and a salad or soup. Entrees range from burgers to a Mexican Chicken salad which is what I had. This salad goes for just by itself $14 in the regular menu, but lunch it’s the same sized salad. I’ve been ordering the $10.99 Smasher Burger a lot and that’s a killer deal, but I got tired of eating burgers and fries, so I thought the lunch salad was a little more healthy.

But firstly a place known for their ribs doesn’t have a ribs on à la carte!? I have to buy an entire other meal!? Fine. Let me GET A TO GO order, a steak dinner, and “A TO GO ORDER Of chips and salsa, I dont want to eat them here” my exact words. Not 15 secs later their bringing out a platter with chip and salsa. So they force me to pay 7 dollars for chips and salsa I didn’t even get to eat. Real classy. Won’t be returning.

Service was excellent, there was always someone checking in on us making sure our drinks were full, the food was great, staff was patient and answered all of our questions and we got lots of food for a great price. Staff went above and beyond. 10/10

Marlene was great at chillis tonight. She was able to listen to a guests concerns and accommodated without hesitation, really rare to find good management like such store.
Store was also very clean, quick, and welcoming.
