This location is horrible. I ordered $30 worth of food and waited for about 15 min in the drive through to get to the window to pay. When I finally made it there the girl told me if I would mind to wait 3 minutes for my shrimp to be cooked fresh. I said sure, she told me to pull up in the parking spot to wait. I waited not even 2 min and she came out with the food. I opened the box to eat my food and as you can see from the picture the majority of the “shrimp” wasn’t even shrimp. Only breading. Not only that. The worst part it was hard and cold. Not warm not fresh like she stated. COLD!!! I went in to inform them and the guy just said sorry I have fresh ones. Well that was a lie. I went outside opened the box to eat and same problem. Most of the “shrimp” was only breading and again. Not even warm. I legit gave up and threw it out. This is so unexceptional!!! Do better!

We ordered the mac and cheese which appeared to have been sitting for quite a while and disintegrated as soon as touched by utensil. We weren’t brave enough to taste it. The iced tea didn’t have any flavor. The spicy chicken sandwich had plenty of spicy sauce and could have used more than one small pickle slice

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TODAY FROM THE MANAGEMENT LADY. I always go to this store and never had a very bad customer service from the MANAGER at the front, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, DISRESPECTFUL. Her name is Juana and is the general manager (as she said) very impolitely, yelling to the customers and employees. I was trying to tell her something about my last order that I didn’t get what I wanted, wasn’t make it for her and she was not there that day and she insisted saying i was lying. Every time I purchase there all the employees are very educated and polite but with this lady I almost lost my patience the way she talked to me and cancelled my order treating me like s*** in front of other customers and forcing me to leave the store like a foolish this is something no one ever wants to experience. I wish nobody get the same customer service experience i had today!!!

Order the ghost pepper wings and the new strawberry biscuit. The wings was missing the ghost pepper was expecting it to be spicy. The name is misleading because there was no ghost pepper in these wings. The strawberry biscuit was missing the strawberries, no strawberries were in these biscuits.

Just lazy people who don’t care about your order. Dude hands me my food without my drink and looks at me like “why are you still here” I tell him and he gets my drink with no issues. I get home and I’m missing my sauce. When looking at the tenders, it’s literally just bread crumbs and barely any chicken. It’s time to give up on this place entirely. Just shut down and stop letting people spend money there.

Today, it was a very bad and disappointing experience to arrive home and surprise my kids with.
As a regular customer, or at least used to be, it is extremely disappointing to receive a very bad quality of burned chicken from outside and raw from the inside. This means the oil is not good and really renewed which can cause health problems and sever illness.
Personally, I will never try this again !

I made a mobile order to pick up through drive thru. I ordered 1/4 of popcorn shrimp and a side of rice & beans. When I got home & opened my order, this is what they gave me. They added extra condiment packets inside the box with my food (I’m assuming to take up space so I wouldn’t notice the missing food).
