Having to downgrade my four star review it has been three months and they still have not fixed their milk shake machine. Additionally some of the advertised alternative desert items were not available but displayed on the table. Even the server has expressed they have not tried them but they look like something they would like to try. I think management needs to look into their milk shake machine issue super pronto. This is why I will not be returning here next month. I have attached a few photos of the desert they do not have as an alternative to their milk shake. Also they need to fix the max occupancy sign at the front.

They only have one person waiting on people. I have been several times at different hours and still ONE person. Pancakes were hard. My order was wrong! I got Scrambled eggs when I ordered over easy. This place sucks. Use the Precinct location instead

Placed a to go order that was not ready when I got there. Took 5 min to get home. The waffle was old and ice cold, toast was old and hard same for the eggs. This is not the first time and the food is not eat able. This must be the worst location of all the ihops. Do Not go there!

Brand new location, food was delicious and the service was fast. The food portions a pretty big. The place looks modern with a nice atmosphere, the staff is friendly and helpful. I had come here a week ago and I didn’t stay because there was a long waiting time due to not having enough employees but it seems like that was taken care of.

Horrible customer service from management Rosa. I’m a big believer that even if your food isn’t good, if you serve great customer service, people will come back! I called to see about breakfast specials and Rosa the manager was sassy, rude and definitely not helpful. That’s not the 1st time I’ve dealt with her. So I decided to drive up there to place my order and it was no better. Rosa demeanor was non management like, she had her hands on her hips rolling her eyes and acted as if she absolutely had no time! I took my money and will go somewhere else.

It’s IHOP so if you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all. The service here was great and super quick too. I got the ricotta blueberry protein pancakes and they were so delicious! I’m going to see if I can make them at home now.
