I eat here a lot its mainly breakfast I don’t usually waste my time on lunch or dinner here an today made it VERY CLEAR on why…. after I paid for my food I was asked to pull up an park fine not a problem I waited 10/15 minutes on my order it was finally brought out to me I check my food I was already the mac an cheese was loaded but didn’t fully understand so I took it bsck in an asked hem if I could get a new one but 86 the bacon an chicken the manager there made a big deal about it bigger then needed an said your gonna pay for the chicken an bacon regardless I said that’s fine I alreasy paid then looks at her cashier an all snappy an what not says make sure your telling ppl its loaded bc I won’t do this again I’m not gona do this again I work fast food my seld so I understand but you will never catch me being rude like that to a guest over food when it’s so dn simple by far one of the rudest experiences I’ve had at thid place I’ll stick to breakfast only where they know how to treat their guest

This jacks was DISGUSTING! Nothing was clean and there were flies everywhere. The prep area, ice cream cooler, restrooms, everything was dirty. No one had on hairnets. The ranch was sitting out on the front counter uncovered. It was gross. Then we got our food and it was bland and the ranch was warm and watery. I usually love jacks ranch but if this was my first time I would never want it again.

Can someone please explain to me where customer service has gone? I can’t even say it’s just the youth these days. I ordered two #5’s at jacks. They gave me 1 drink then my food. I had to ask for my second drink which then was a complete different size cup because she just randomly grabbed one in the lineup that would have belonged to someone else. I get home and realize that my fries just thrown in the bag completely upside down.
