Worst experience at a Wendy’s in my life. I ordered in the app for drive-thru pick up. If I hadn’t already paid in the app I would’ve pulled out from the Wendy’s drive-thru and never waited . I waited 30 minutes to get to pick up window when there was only 2 cars in front of me,then the girl working the window ask me to pull up to door and they would bring out the food. I waited there for another 10 minutes. I went inside there was no one at the counter.The employees were in the back. One young female walked around the corner of the drive-thru area I explained that I was waiting for my food and how long it had already been.The girl was so rude . She tells me in a very condescending way ,it’s because they make it fresh. I explained but for me to wait over 30 minutes is ridiculous. She then went on and said then I should just cook at home. I didn’t want to go back and forth with this child so I took my food and walked out. I just don’t understand how she could be so rude to me. I waited all that time , you would think she would be nice due to the horribly long wait time . She needs some lessons on good customer service skills.
I will also say it definitely was not made fresh it was disgusting and cold plus all the time it took and still to forget my chicken nuggets for the biggie bag. The tenders were rubbery and not edible.I will never go back to that Wendy’s again.

We got drive-thru, two biggie bags.
Absolutely every item in there was a freshly made. The drive-thru attendant was very nice, offering to remake our drinks if it’s too much ice.
The offered us every kind of sauce imaginable. And did I mention everything was freshly made, and made correctly.

Food is good and has fresh ingredients, the shredded lettuce sucks, but tolerable, not the workers faults. Service is friendly and quick depending when you go. Never had an issue with my order except for a weak soda or lemonade.

Giving the benefit of the doubt, I visited here 3 times within the past 2 months. Every single time, my order was wrong and the most recent visit was ridiculously so.

I ordered a Dave’s single, no cheese, no pickles, no mayo. I didn’t even know wendys had muenster, but thats a cheese. The bun is old and the beef isnt a Dave’s single patty. Lettuce and tomato are as shown.
I ordered unsweet tea. Was given sweet tea.
Nuggets are burnt as shown. Will go to S. Florida in the future as they have their act together.

I am only writing this review because I could not find any place for me to send an email, but I just wanted to say how disappointed I am in the salad that I had received here today. I grabbed a pecan apple salad for Work for dinner and when I got to work, it was ready to have it. I noticed that Quite a bit of the lettuce was brown and the docker green lettuce was very wilted I think for $8.50. I should at least get fresh lettuce very disappointed in this. Your salads used to be so good.i wish I could post the photos i took

Had the chicken asiago sandwhich combo. Spicy version. Not bad, not too spicy either. Chicken co I like have been bigger and fit more of the bun but ok.

Today was my first time coming here. As soon as I came in I was greeted by everyone at the front counter. My cashier was Xitlaly and she provided excellent customer service! I didn’t catch everyone else name but management knows who worked today! I ordered the 5 dollar biggie bag and even though drive thru was busy, my order came up just as fast. Everyone was working and smiling and thats hard to find/see anywhere post covid. The food was great, nothing was cold. I never really visited Wendy’s before because I was a Burger King fan but now its over for the King when im ever in the area of this store! I hate there are some that didn’t have the great experience I did but please try them again. They didn’t disappoint not one bit today! If you ever get hungry and you are by county line rd, pass McDonald’s and go see Wendy! Lol…. Great Job Everyone Today!
