If i could give zero stars I would. My family and I TRIED to get dinner from this location at 7:10 pm on March 4, 2026. After pressing the button to order, we sat there for at least 10 minutes, waiting on someone to at least acknowledge that we had pressed the order button. When no one responded, we went around to the drive thru. We sat there for abt 5 minutes, again waiting for an acknowledgement from an employee. Nobody ever said anything to us so we just left. Will not be going back to this location. They were NOT BUSY and as we rode by the store, there were employees dancing but nobody could seem to do their job. I havw no issue with making your job fun, but DO YOUR JOB!!

This location has consistently had more unprofessional and poorly trained or behaved staff. The greeting in the drive thru, leaving the mic on and using street talk, not calling my order back, or appearing like they are just there to hang out vs service customers. The food is great, but each time I go I dread the customer service. May need Manager present, new manager or retrain staff with scripts so they understand polite professional communication with customers. It’s consistently bad.

Those girls put in some serious work on a snow day! Sonic was open Sunday 2.1.26…. It was just 2 girls working. They were handling the drive thru, walk up, and the customers that pulled in. The they were patient, kept us informed, the food was fresh, and they still managed to smile and be friendly through it all. Best Sonic blast I ever had! I will definitely be back. Give those ladies a raise

I love going to Sonic! They never disappoint! My favorite carholpers are Brittany Amanda and Drake. There are two others but I can’t remember their names. I know I probably get on their nerves about extra ice but they never say a word. Always asking do I need anything else help me save with food coupons. My order is never wrong and always fresh! This crew is awesome! Guaranteed to get good service when they are there!! As much as I go there I need to get the app on my phone!!

Stopped for late lunch. Had the footlocker coney with tator tots with cheese and Route 44 soda. Food was fresh and tasty. Hostess was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Sorry, sorry, sorry and disgusting. All I wanted was a slushy for me and my child. The first slushy had about 4 nerds in it which i paid extra for and was extremely light in color and is supposed to be dark red. All I asked was for it to be remade I didn’t ask for money back or anything extra. This is what was given to me. It is harder to tell in the picture but all of that liquid is pure syrup not slushy and that was after pouring some of it out. Syrup overflowing out of the cup down the side into my cup holder. And this is how it looks after being poured out. Called to ask why it was made like this and sorry if I upset someone for asking it to be remade and the MANAGER told me they don’t control the slushies and I should be happy with what I could. She said it’s my own fault for asking for it to be remade it and what do I want her to do about it?? Absolutely disgusting. You do not know what anyone is going thru and this could be the last bit of money they have. All I wanted was to get my daughter and I a nice treat with the last $3 I had. Absolutely disgusting and i really hope an actual manager cares enough to address it.

The shakes used to be delicious, thick, and flavorful. We ordered a strawberry and a banana, both tasted like vanilla. The girl who took our order was very abrupt and I did not feel the relaxing atmosphere there used to be.

Love Sonic! The mozzarella sticks are like having a rave in your mouth, without the DJ and the glow sticks, unless you’re into that kind of thing…you weirdo. But anyhow, the hotdogs are my favorite. The best in town in my opinion! They run specials in the afternoons for stuff, and I like eating stuff, so that’s pretty cool. They are conveniently located inside a building that has a Sonic sign on it, which is convenient considering Sonic was able to find a building that already had a Sonic sign on it. What are the odds? But I digest …hahahaha! See what I did there??? Shut up. Go eat at Sonic. Weirdo.
