The manager here, Amanda, is awesome. There was an issue with my food and she remade it for me with no problem. It goes a long way when you are kind to people. The staff was all so kind to me too. This location really has good people working. I will definitely be back.

Be very Cautious of take out. EVERY TIME they mix the Cold food with the Hot food!! Manager stated it is Corporate fault-Corporate stated it is the owners fault’!!

Food is always too hot!! Feels barely warm on the outside and good to bite into, but when you do, it’s scolding hot and seriously burns your mouth. Maybe they should let it cool for a few minutes before serving it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there this happens and the inside of my mouth peels for days. Then the food isn’t even that good! They gonna get sued for burning someone’s mouth one day.

Very good customer service. Really liked the fact she repeated the order. Sounded clear over the drive thru. I asked for extra tomatoes and egg. Thanks for applying that. Will go back. Got a frozen lemonade. I would have liked if I could have got the frozen lemonade in a large . That only comes in one size though . But overall was delicious. Will come back. Thank you.

ordered 4 chicken tenders but only got 3. i was splitting my chicken tenders with someone else so this means i only got to eat 1.5 chicken tenders for dinner instead of 2. this is okay because I’m full now after only eating 1.5 chicken tenders instead of 2.

coleslaw: 8/10 a little sweet but not too sweet. maybe should be less sweet.

I did my order through the app & that’s the only way I’ll do it from now on. The entire order was made right & it was ready soon as we got to the window to pick it up. Ordering online is the way to go. Everytime I go to the to order, it’s made wrong 80% of the time. It also takes 4ever to get your food.

Zaxbys just hasn’t had the same quality of food that they used too. The last couple times I have come have been a little disappointing. The staff is always very friendly and the drive thru has picked up speed over time.
