It’s 11pm on a Saturday night, just got off work and went to this McDonalds and I was very pleased, the overall service was great, but there was one person in particular who stood out to me, I believe his name is Talon. He struck up conversation and asked how my night was going and asking about work. He was very polite so I just wanted to give Talon and the rest of the crew recognition.

2nd time this has happened to me. Order one thing was given something else. I ordered a hot chocolate somehow i was given a black coffee. Ordered a sandwich on a bagel given a plain biscuit. Dont know who is running this place but they clearly lavk leadership and quality. Do not recommend. Or if you go check your order.

This location has to be one of the slowest services I’ve ever experienced. There was no attempt to give a sincere apology for the wait . I ordered ahead through the app and even then the wait time was terrible. The food was not even warm anymore it was more on the cold side.
The interior is clean and cozy but everything else was just poor .

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any mcdonalds.
I recommend no one goes here.
I ordered a doordash delivery and was missing items, had incorrect items and the bag wasn’t properly sealed.
I contacted the store to see what could have happened and was met with an extremely rude employee. They said I ordered from doordash what do you expect. Also they hung up on me twice. I was trying to be civil but the whole situation was absurd.
They did say I could drive there and get my missing/incorrect items. Mind you this is now 5 minutes before closing and I’m dealing with an angry employee.
I will not be going back to this location in spite of having 2 Littles.
It’s really just disgusting how people think they can treat others.

If I could give a negative review, I would. I found a back of an earring in my drink. Definitely not of my own. And I found it due to sucking it up through the straw.
The smallest problems were that the person at the window put in a medium drink when I specifically asked for a Large as well.

I made an order through the app for breakfast. I arrived at 10:26 (it would’ve been probably 10:23 if it weren’t for the horrible light timing at Jordan Creek and Ashworth, where I had to wait for two light cycles in order to turn left onto JC), but the person in front of me was still ordering when the signs changed to the lunch menu. I figured it wouldn’t be an issue since I placed my order through the app AND already paid. I told the employee over the speaker my order number, and she said okay and told me to come to the first window, where she then told me that my order was cancelled since it changed to lunch. I can MAYBE understand an order being cancelled if there was a “pay at the restaurant” option that was chosen, but that wasn’t a choice, and again, I ALREADY PAID. What is even the point of ordering and paying online if they can just cancel it anyway?? Was my meal not already ready to go for pickup? Is that not the entire point of ordering online ahead of time, so that it’s a quick grab and go? The employee told me that I would be refunded in the next 24 hours or so. I will be keeping a close eye on my account, because I spent over $15 on that order. I was really looking forward to that meal after a rough night with my puppy keeping me up all night being sick.

My order has not been correct a single time in the drive thru ; we’ve tried this location several times. No one else was at the restaurant at the time of our visit. Leaving photos of my order from today vs what I got… not sure how the order translated to 2 plain cheeseburgers (meat and cheese). Not a big deal one time, but consistently wrong every time? To whom it may concern: This is the second time I’ve visited this location in the past week. On both visits there was no one working the front counter and the kiosk was unable to accept my payment leading to a lengthy wait time to order and pay. On my first visit I got a cheeseburger with no meat patty. On today’s visit I again waited over 15 minutes for my order. It was 2 iced coffees. The store is an absolute mess. Trash everywhere, overflowing trash cans, dust and dirt near where the cups are, spilled mess on the counter, and someone’s bag just laying in the food prep area. There is vast room for improvement in speed, service, and cleanliness. This was at 3 pm and I was only the customer inside and far past the lunch rush.

A DoorDash guy was there before me and I tried for 5 minutes to flag someone down behind the counter , finally having to step back between the counter areas and yell telling them they had a line of people at the counter.
The Doordash guys order was sitting on the back counter and he finally got mad and left.
The guy who helped us in the line had zero personality and expressed no concern that we had been waiting.
One of the staff knocked a few napkins on the greasy kitchen floor and they walked over and on them for several minutes before I got my order and walked next door. Seriously why not just pick them up? Are they still there?
What happened to this location ?
At least my order came out correct.

This location is very dirty. The wiped down tables had streaks and food still left on parts of it. The floor is dirty, the bathrooms are gross, every stall had dirty toilets, walls, and floors. While there, someone had a poop accident. Some poop got on the floor outside, and inside the restroom. I alerted the staff, as this is a health concern. Non of them cared to do anything about it. We came at lunch rush so I didn’t mind the wait. However, I had to ask for our drink cups and for our sauces. The restaurant has a poor layout. It is difficult to manner around between tables, electronic ordering booths, and between tables.
