The food was delicious and extremely fresh. We had no complaints about the food. The worker who brought out our food had a great attitude even though it was freezing out. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance. We had to drive through the bank parking lot to get there.

We always love Culver’s- great burgers and custard! We went through the drive through after a football game tonight, fast and friendly service! Shout out to Joc for his amazing customer service, they had an extra strawberry sundae and he gave it to my 13 year old and made his night! Thanks for the great service and food!

I frequent this culvers. It’s decent, about what you expect from a culvers. The service is weird though. I’ve commonly had workers try to take my tray the moment they’ve set my food down.
Yesterday evening we were eating here and saw that they were giving custard samples out to all of the tables. They got to the one next to us, still with a tray over half full. They skipped right by us and went to the other tables with the rest of it. I had zero expectations for a sample going in, and somehow they managed to disappoint us despite that.

Bought the party pack, a cooler to buy 4 pints for 8 dollars. Now they no longer honor it. I feel like charging someone for something and then canceling it but not refunding the purchase is an immoral business practice.

Never once have I gotten the correct order. I’m given and charged for sides I didn’t order, charged and given a larger mixer than I ordered, and numerous times,
I’ve had a double cheeseburger when I’ve ordered a single intentionally. Same story today. Shame on me for not inspecting every single item in my bag before leaving the parking lot, but I only get so long for lunch that I can’t sit there double checking if my order was taken correctly.

This was probably the most disappointing experience I’ve had at a Culver’s. They are my favorite “ice cream” joint, and have been my go to for years. Tonight I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium malt, but with the chocolate custard. When I got it, I noticed it was made with vanilla and chocolate syrup. So I parked and went inside to ask for it to be remade. I’ve had this happen a few times with concrete mixers and it isn’t a big deal. When I got inside I spoke with several employees who repeatedly told me that shakes and malts couldn’t be made with chocolate custard. I tried to explain that I didn’t understand why they couldn’t make a malt with chocolate custard, but the employees kept doubling down and said that “chocolate” malts were only made with vanilla custard and chocolate syrup. The staff were extremely dismissive and displayed a level of discourtesy I haven’t seen in a Culver’s before. I will never be returning to the Urbandale location and the interaction has put me off the chain for a while.

Facility was clean…service was fast and courteous. The pork loin sandwich was not as good as a traditional Iowa tenderloin, but ifI they fry it extra crispy…it comes close enough to suffice! Their server Monique did a good job serving very, very well! None of the food was nashy.
