Honestly, I haven’t been to this Applebees in a while. It is kind of a hit or miss with the food and waitress. Me and my sister went on 1/10 around 1-2:30pm. The waitress we had was amazing, nice , efficient, quick, communicative. Our drinks were brought out timely, the food was fresh, hot and well cooked. I even added a little to take home. It was great customer service and a great dine in experience.

Let me start with the positives here.
The location is clean, bright and comfortable to sit in. The music is an appropriate volume. The seats are comfortable and the server we had was very good at her job. Friendly and efficient.
We ordered from the Big Easy Menu as my wife and I love New Orleans and New Orleans food.
I got the Big Easy Burger and she got the blBourbon st. Steak (rare).
Our steak came well done and basically dry on the sides. The middle started to get more edible but the steak in general had very little flavor or seasoning. The Onions, Peppers and Mushrooms along with the Mashed Potatoes were actually very good… And truly the star of this meal.
The Big Easy Burger was a letdown on every level. While it was cooked well the burger had no flavor and truly I’m not sure if I just got a chef that didn’t know how much seasoning to add.
The honey mustard was non existent, the sausage was typical for north east. It tastes more like Kielbasa. The “Citrus Slaw” tasted like a slaw with a lemon wipe squeezed over it. The burger (however) was cooked to a perfect medium and was very juicy. But there was no sweet and spice there was no salt & pepper… And definitely no blackend seasoning on the burger. The fries were done very well with a lot of seasoning and tons of flavor.
So I guess the side dishes saved the day and the mashed potatoes were absolutely fantastic.
Look, it’s Applebee’s… I don’t expect them to taste like a restaurant in NOLA… however .. I just tried the new McDonalds offering and truly it was much better than this burger in every way.
I will definitely give them another try… But … This will keep me away for a while.
It was edible and the staff seemed nice. The place was inviting and clean. Drinks looked great but sadly we had to go back to work.
Btw for full disclosure, waitress comped us the steak because it was so well done even though we asked her not to.

The food was so good and service was top notch if your looking for a affordable restaurant with good quality food I will suggest the manager and servers are so polite and nice Tq for food coming back for sure❤️

I love this place. The food is amazing and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Today I got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp and it was DELICIOUS cooked to perfection oh with tomato basil soup which is always great. Very clean place too.

The food was great and the waitress was very nice. The only negative point os that you have a device at each tablet, and the device has games to play. There’s no visible information about it, but when you play a game, you have a cost of $3.

I am not a big Apple Bee goer but decided to go for quick dinner while out Xmas shopping. Had to wait for 10 min even though there was open tables. Out waitresses was friendly and ordered our food. Got the grilled cheeseburger with a tomato basil dipped which I have to say was tasty however the fries were cold. Our waitress never came back to check on us so when it was time to wrap up our food, I let her know that our fries were ice cold. She then proceeded to tell me why didn’t you let me know because you never came back to check on us and then said I will talk to the manager to get some money off the check I tried to stop her because that was not my intent, and then she came back and said I took $15 off because you said I never came. I was like you never did come back. Was she trying to gaslight me? I get it. It is Apple Bees

What an awesome experience for a chain restaurant! Our waitress was awesome and super attentive, our food was delicious. They were training in the kitchen and there was an issues with our appetizer, the restaurant acted accordingly and it was on the house! The wait was well worth it..

Service was perfect. Our waitress was delightful to have around and very quick to serve us. Food was good. I am taking away 1 star because the new Cinnamon roll dessert was raw when I ordered it. I got this to-go, so there was no one to talk to after I paid and left. When I felt the texture, I pulled out the middle and realized it was still doughy. Please, PLEASE, don’t serve your guests raw dough! Whether at the table or to-go, this is unacceptable.

It’s not really the staff more as it being other customers… people can be weird in public places making it hard to enjoy yourself ! If you’re confrontational then stay away at night, the drinks get people going ! The manager is an awesome lady and strong nerved !
