The app had a deal for 5pcs for $9 which I ordered. Went with a friend who ordered the same deal. The order was fulfilled by someone who looks like a supervisor or manager. When we got home, we discovered BOTH of meals were only 3 pieces. Which leads me to believe it truly wasn’t “a mistake”. If it was 4 pieces, maybe they could say they miscounted. But no it was 3 pieces instead of 5 pieces on 2 separate orders made by 2 different people.
This Popeyes must be counting on people not checking their food before they leave. The chicken was OK but I gave them 1-star because of their “bad faith”.

The guy with glasses behind the counter was as unpleasant as could be. He gave me a look when I came in that could kill. Then after the person in front of me moved away, the counter person made every attempt to make me wait. Looked behind him at the counter, spoke with a coworker, looked at a receipt on the rack, shuffled around behind the counter looking down, absolutely wasting time intentionally in what appeared to just be a jerk. Then finally said, quietly, what’s up, or something like that. I said I’ll take a number 1. Hot or mild was his answer. Nothing else. He did ask here or to go. The sandwich was luke warm, almost cold fries were cold, not any pleasantries during entire visit, this guy is plain out rude as can be. I hear a man interviewing a prospect to work here, he needs some skills himself, on how to interview appropriately. This place needs some work….

This is a disappointment for me. I’ve been coming to this establishment for two years, and this is the first time I haven’t liked the service or the food. The first time I encountered this staff, they messed up my order, and I thought, “Okay, it was just today,” but they’ve been making mistakes with my order for days now. I’m a regular customer, and today I simply couldn’t take it anymore. The rice and beans were terrible, the rice was hard. Please pay attention to what you’re doing, because we regular customers know when the food is good and when it’s not. Oh, and we greet them, and they don’t even respond.

I go to this location once a week. I work down the street so I’ll come after close. The food is great and the workers are overall nice. They have forgotten my side on my number 3 large combo the last THREE TIMES now. First time I took it as a mistake. Second time I was frustrated, but three times? That’s consistency. I hope the team in the future will slow down and double check the orders. I’m going one more time next week and I hope the team take the time to make sure my order has everything in it. I’m down about 15 bucks from loss of sides. I’ll change this review if the fourth time my order is right.
Edit. Changed it to 1 star. It just keeps happening that I don’t get all of my food or it’s wrong. It’s never anything extra either. It’s always I’m missing something or they didn’t put the right items in the bag. It’s a staffing issue and I hope it gets addressed.

I go to this restaurant weekly for a treat as I love their chicken. But every week they get my order wrong. I think it may be a language problem. I ordered 2 chicken breasts in mild, 2 biscuits/honey, regular fries. I received 2 breasts and a thigh in spicy, 2 biscuits, NO FRIES. I had driven away when I discovered they hadn’t given me fries, so I drove back. The Hispanic gentleman at the window replied he hadn’t charged me for fries, despite my paying $13.65. He gave me an order of fries. It wasn’t until I got home I saw I had an extra piece of chicken, but I don’t like spicy! I recommend you ALWAYS ask for a receipt so you get what you ordered and were charged correctly. I’m going to!

I purchased two of their Tuesday specials. Both orders had chicken that was dry as if it have been sitting for several hours not to mention they forgot both of my side orders. I made several attempts to call them and didn’t get an answer. I live too far away to make a return trip. Most importantly the customer service was not good.

Food is good most often. Orders are most often filled correctly inside. At the drive through, check your order and r’cpt before you leave. About a 25% chance of it being wrong.
