Poorly ran place . I came to pick up a DoorDash order and when I pulled up the speaker the lady said “give me a second my system is down I can’t take orders”. Mind you there was already a car at the window and she told them to back up that way the timer does not go off. I waited for about 5 minutes and 2 other cars lined up behind me. She then comes back on the speaker with the worst attitude. Screaming “did you not hear what I said “ I said “yes I did you said to wait but I actually have a DoorDash order if that makes it easier”. She said “well I dont have any DoorDashes and I’m not taking orders right now” … I don’t know what’s going on with her or the store but that’s not the way to talk to customers when I literally did nothing but wait. Don’t come here late at nights or early mornings.

I placed a mobile order.I usually don’t get Jack like I used to due to fact I’ve had poor service there and not making food properly. It was Jacks 73rd anniversary, 59cent jumbo jack so I thought hey why not. I walked in all employees in the back talking, waited a minute to get helped skinny kid with braces walks up no greeting, I tell him I placed mobile order. He says “you can wait” doesn’t even look to see that my order is right behind him on the shelf.. horrible customer service. To top it off there was a white piece of lettuce on my sandwich the piece i always will throw away and not feed someone. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, this place needs to get it together that is all.

Monday Sep.8 at 9:30pm I had a horrible expierence in the drive thru. White mexican lady with glasses gave us a horrible expirence dropped my food out of angerness had to remake all of it. Took my order wrong. Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m never coming here again. Save yourself some time and don’t come here!

They were going to charge me $19.?? For 5 peace chicken strips, so I asked to change it to the 3 peace chicken stripe and charged me $15.?? No I did not ask for a combo and if I did they did not give me a combo with my order

Received no receipt, Rude service, was told to reverse so time could re start timer , and recived my burger and it was still pink in the middle. It’s ripped in half since to split between my kids and this is what we see.

I just ordered a couple items and one of the items I ordered was not in my bag and I can’t call because the phone doesn’t work or is disconnected or something. I need you guys to update that and figure out what’s going on. I’ll just keep the receipt and go in tomorrow well tomorrow’s Thanksgiving so the next day hopefully And get this taken care of thanks.
