I just recently visited and while the food itself was good, the overall experience was unacceptable. The manager on duty was unprofessional and unavailable when needed. At one point, she went into the restroom and remained there while the front area required attention, which felt inappropriate and poorly managed. More concerning, I saw a cockroach inside the restaurant. That is a serious sanitation issue and not something customers should ever encounter in a food establishment. I’m sharing this because these are not minor inconveniences, they are management and cleanliness problems that need to be addressed. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements.

Order in person. If you use the app everything you customize will be wrong. Paid for bacon I didn’t get, requested no mayo or lettuce and both were still on the sandwich. Had ice in drinks I requested no ice in because I didn’t want it melting before giving the food to someone at home. Probably better off ANYWHERE else if you order through the app. I work nearby, not my 1st visit there but it seems like food is only correct if you order there instead of the app. Waste of time/money to order from your phone…

They get something wrong with my order almost every time and the staff is rude. They way I got treated while I was at the speaker today I really didn’t even want to pull up to the window. Today they gave me the wrong drink of course. I try to be patient and ask for fresh fries or whatever to help and nobody should get mistreated for no reason.I draw the line when I get disrespected multiple times after being kind and respectful myself.

Dining room was filthy. No where clean to sit. Watched an employee come out to go to the restroom, put his apron on a dirty table, come back, and go back to scooping fries without washing his hands upon returning to the kitchen.

They never work the double drive thru properly. I get skipped 9 times out of 10 for someone who just pulled up after I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes. Once they came on and asked me to wait a moment, okay fine. But then someone pulled up at the other speaker and they instantly came on to take the other cars order. If I’m getting skipped almost every time I go, then that tells me it has to be a very regular thing for everyone.
The wait is always wayyy too long. And it’s twice as long if you go inside.
Half the time a pull up to the window, they staff is looking at or talking on their phones. Or they are all yelling and joking very loudly. Im all for work morale, but it seems like they care more about having fun than they do the customers.
I don’t know if it’s ownership or management, but either way, something needs to change. Big time.

Waited 25min on cold food fries were old and had no salt. The person who was making the sandwiches “black girl” wasn’t wearing and gloves the “white girl” was wearing gloves but she was touching everything and then touching meat you’re supposed to use tongs! Customer service 0!

Inept is a good word for this place and staff. 25 minutes wait on food, takes 10 minutes to get a refill due to taking away self serve. Every table is covered in crumbs and sticky, bathrooms smells like Godzilla blew is up but staff doesn’t care. Go elsewhere

Ok, I ordered chicken sandwich the bread was so burnt on the inside i threw it to the dog, others meal were scarfed down just fine. It was also bad looking if it was in front of you, you’d pass it up. The pickles looked so old there was nothing on the sandwich it was bone dry. The sign showed lettuce and tomato. I don’t got through enough to have let them make it up. Other than than all else was ok.

Stopped here only because it was the only place open after driving for 5 hours to get home. Two cars in the drive thru, and me at the counter. Placed an order for three. There were more people on the clock than I have seen in a fast food place since before Covid, and I still waited for almost 10 minutes, only to get home and my food wasn’t in the bag.
