Staff was really understanding of my own goof up! Quick and eager to make up for my misguided self checkout! Very lovely employees and very awesome service! Some of the best Mac and cheese a girl could ask for in a rush!

Tiffany b. from this location has one above and beyond. I was having such a bad day until I ran into her. I wish more employees were like her if it’s any way possible can you show her this and give her the recognition she deserves she is awesome and I’m so happy right now because of her kindness and her great customer service and attitude. I will definitely always come back, especially if she is there.

Every time I’ve ordered delivery here something is missing. Wrong soup. Wrong sandwich. Random side. What’s the point of checking off a list and signing it if you’re not actually going to do it properly. Or reach out and let us know if you’re out of it and needing a replacement. With the cost of ordering here you’d think they can get an order right.

The worst management ever. I know you all won’t believe this but no baguette. But when we bitched she said oh we can give you some pepper bread. It wasn’t pepper bread it was a baguette. Onion soup had no cheese and no croutons, bacon turkey bravo had no dressing on it. Strawberry salad 1/3 of what it was, not enough dressing came with it, chicken had odd taste. This should not be rocket science as everything is pre-made and sent to franchise. Maybe it was the green hair girl or the boy who had so much hair and no net that he couldn’t get it under his hat. Maybe this Panera needs to send their staff to Chick fil A school. We waited 16 minutes with one couple before us . They made no other items. Love other Paneras so it is really hard to say this manager cares. Third time in last 4 months they have not had baguettes but no one fixes that.

Management pays no attention to details on receipt and just lets food leave the kitchen for delivery with out ensuring everything on order is correct. Ordered 2 sweet teas and a bowl of soup the “bowl” arrived in a cup. And was sent with a bag of chips instead of French baguette. Rather then reaching out and trying to accommodate the missing bread they just replaced it with chips. I called and got a very rude response from what sounded like a child talking on the phone. I highly do not recommend going here unless you want you food made and packaged by people who give no crap about their job and instead are just there for a paycheck

I am beyond fed up with this Panera Bread location. Every single time I use the drive-through, my order is wrong, incomplete, or messed up in some way. I’ve ordered the SAME Tomato Soup and Southwest Chicken Salad four times, and not once has it been correct. I either get the wrong soup, a salad missing half the ingredients, or they give me a smaller portion than what I paid for. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

We all work extremely hard for our money, and spending nearly $15 on a soup and salad that is never correct is ridiculous. It feels like blatant carelessness, and honestly, it’s starting to feel like a rip-off.

This store desperately needs serious attention. Management needs to step up, take responsibility, and pay attention to what is going out the door. Customers should not have to beg for basic accuracy. Do better.

Food is pretty good but the service is terrible. I understand that they are not fast food but man are they SLOOOOW. Plus when somebody comes to the drive-thru with a large order and it’s going to take longer than just a minute or two to make and you’re holding everybody else up behind them instead of sending them around to the parking spots designated because you don’t want to walk the food out to them when it’s done is just laziness.

We went in sometime before 8pm, they close at 10pm. With 2 more hours in their sevice day they were out of the bread for the sandwiches they have photos of plastered all over the windows and menu boards, out of baguette bread, out of bread they give with soup, out of bread bowls. The self serve hazelnut coffee was barley warm and watered down to the point that it did not even taste like coffee, to stretch it I recon verses making more. The medium blend was ice cold. The light roast was hot and tasted as it should. Ohh, and the pitchers of cream/milk were empty…just… seriously?

$51.00 for: one sandwich and medium soup; one bowl + soup pick two combo; one regular coffee and one black cold brew; and two brownies. plus we had to BUY bread to go with the soup because they were out of the bread they give with soup… yet had bread to sell as well as at least 50 bagels they could have substituted.

THE FOOD WE HAD: my Wife’s Baja Bowl was missing one of the sauces you can see in the images on the website. My tuna sandwich did not have enough tuna to cover the bread. Quality and quantity very underwhelming for the price point. The soups were very good and the highpoint of the meal, the little tuna present did have great flavor, and the brownies were fantastic.

SERVICE: Our experience was two fold here. Firstly, the kiosks to put your own order in on had some very official sticky notes on them with “kiosk down” written in pen; I suspect because it’s easier to have people order at the counter than it is updating the system for 1/2 the things on the menu that have run out for the day.

The counter attendant, Ken, was still training/learning. But, he was very nice, very patient, and very helpful as he had to go to the back and ask several times if they were or were not out of certain things or if we could do substitutions for the breadless Bread company. I felt bad for him since due to the open kitchen we could hear the snarky, nasty, and impatient way the gal in the back was addressing him each time. I’m pretty sure she was new at one point too. I’d like to say it again, Ken’s good attitude and friendly disposition turned around what was otherwise an almost completely negative experience. Keep your head up Ken and keep learning. Don’t let BOH asshats break your spirit and you’ll be running a store some day while they are still scrubbing ovens and flour out of grout.

Ms Bad Attitude informed Ken when he couldn’t find where the large cold brew was on the register that cold brew only comes in a small size….as I stand pointing to the menu where it lists pricing and calories for small/large plain cold brew. An assistant manager comes out and tells us you can only get a large cold brew if you buy one of the flavored versions with all the syrup, cream, and sweetener ….again, as I stand pointing to the menu where it lists pricing and calories for small/large plain cold brew. Finally a third employee comes around, showing Ken (still training) how to swipe over on part of the menu for different sizes, what do you know, the menu was right.

Do better Panera. My sandwich looked like it was put through a wood chipper. At the price you charge you need to work on your quality.
