I am honestly over this location. I order off door dash, items missing. I order through the drive thru, order wrong. Why don’t my kids eat chicken strips? Idk, but they eat the nuggets. Didn’t feel like cooking and now I’m stove frying nuggets. I’m honestly just going to drive to the chick fil a by the mall from now on.

Went through the drive thru about 2 months ago. Order was WRONG. Called and spoke with a girl who supposedly took down my info and was going to mail me coupons to make it right. Lol, never received anything. Used to go to this location several times a week because convenient for me and my husband for breakfast. Not sure why I was lied to…?

Waited in line over 25 minutes for a mobile order of literally hash browns and 4 chicken minis. I do not recommend coming to this location if you want to get anything in a timely manner. This happens repeatedly!

Specifically chose to visit this location because of the usually consistent drive thru experience AND hot fresh Chicken sandwich. #1 meal to be exact. I had to wait forever in the one drive thru lane and the usual employee taking order and payment was not there. It was around 8 pm and many cars in line. Even the “my pleasure” spoken at the pickup window was terrible. Let me tell you the wait was not worth the food I received! The fries were very hot and delicious but the quantity was very small. Usually I can never finish my fries but finished them and was so disappointed I did not receive a full serving.. The very worst part was the chicken sandwich. It tasted bad, was rubbery and the crispy breaded was not there. I seriously had to force myself to eat half of it because I wouldn’t have another chance to eat that night. If anyone has tried the new chicken sandwich from McDonald’s that looks like a Chic-fil-A knock off then you know how bad it is. I am not kidding the sandwich from Chic-fil-A tasted just like the McDonald’s one. Very disappointed.

Driver through order. 7:30 am on a Saturday during spring break. Super fast drive through. Maybe 2 minutes start to exit with 10 cars ahead. Very efficient location. 7.50$ for chicken biscuit breakfast combo with hot tasty fresh coffee.

Stood in line for a good bit to even start my order while 5 to 6 employees stood over and helped one customer. I didn’t even get asked what sauces I wanted. Not good compared to all the other chick-fil-a’s. Not very good customer service and half the employees stand around just not doing anything. Never had this problem with a chick-fil-a before. Very disappointing. As you can tell from the pictures it’s just people standing waiting and employees also standing around doing nothing. Bathrooms could have been attended to instead of standing around.

Stopped in after driving for seven and a half hours. Friendly staff. I got the number 3 egg white grill meal. It was hot and fresh. Hash rounds were good too. Bathrooms were clean, at least the men’s bathroom was.

This location is exceptional at being slow no matter the time of the day. You can go in and be the only person in the lobby, it will still take 5-10 minutes to get a sandwich meal. Or even worse, place a mobile order and WAIT before heading to the restaurant to give them time to prepare your order- you will still have to wait an additional 5- 10 minutes- every time! But the worst part was when hair was entangled in my food yesterday. No hairnets, no gloves, no nothing. I did receive my refund and was offered food replacement-umm no thanks- but this location needs to do better. Patton Creek is always top-notch.

The manager and team here give the same service u get in the hood at Popeyes. Several upset customers tonight. I hope someone looks into it I never imagine Chick-fil-A service could be this deplorable. Where were the employees at? Drive through shut down early refused service took 20 minutes for the last truck to get there food made everyone behind who “thought” they could order wait instead of having the car pull to a parking space to at least let the cars behind LEAVE I’ll never be back, the new one on John Hawkins is hands down the best in Hoover these young kids and lazy workers at the grove suck-bad.
