The AI drive thru thing they use SUCKS we sat in line so long because it took forever to recognize we were even there, then kept getting the order wrong so the only way to get help was to pull up to the window. The drive thru worker was rude like we were stupid for pulling up when the AI bot wasn’t working and sarcastic tone said “nothing wrong with it” ..
Then we waited forever for literally 2 sliders and fries and a shake. and the food was gross and cold and soggy.

Drive thru is AI automated we don’t have that down in the ‘SIP. Customers service was excellent the sweet tea wasn’t good so I came back and asked for a sprite and he said sure and apologized and let me know corporate changed tea’s and a lot of people don’t like it. Over all great customer service

Hey I don’t know what all the crap reviews are about but in my humble opinion, this White Castle’s staff is incredible! Busy as hell, packed drive thru and droppin food out like a well oiled machine. I had to pull up for a large order and forgot to ask at the drive thru for sauces….but here she came running across the parking lot, bringing me a thought out selection of sauces that went with the food we ordered….
And nailed it by the way

Came to pick up a large order through the drive through while they were slammed and not only was everything correct, hot, and fresh but they included all the sauces to go with our meal. The cashier was very pleasant and friendly taking the order and delivering it out to the car. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

I placed my order online last night at 6:20p.m. and the app said it would be ready at 6:37p.m. I stay 4 blocks away I arrive at 6:30p.m. to pay ! I wait 5 minutes at the counter for my order to be paid for ! Now it’s 6:35p.m. I’m thinking I’m about to get my food nope another 25minutes to wait while she gave the person in front of me her manager’s discount! No apology or accommodation for the additional wait ! What’s the sense in ordering ahead ? Then when you pull up there’s several unsavory characters by the door to get in and leave out! Then there’s so many flies in the dining area ! I also noticed the young man who was working drive thru/ front cash didn’t wash his hands he just put the really thin gloves on and started handling food very unsanitary ! I really use to like this location but you all have let me down and lost my service! Below is a picture of cheese slices sitting on the counter where their bare hands be so unsanitary!

I hadn’t had White Castle in years and it was GREAT. The fish sliders were the BOMB. My boyfriend had the Chicken Rings. Everything was hot and fresh… on your next trip to the Lou we will be grabbing our lunch from White Castle’s.

This location is TRASH… why still stay open if you’re NOT going to actually do your job… the AI is trash and whoever works there just needs to either find a new location or just find a new job completely and this location NEEDS to be shut down

Can’t even deal with a few customers, service is beyond slow at this location. Obviously they don’t care about their job or the customers. If it’s a staffing issue then get it fixed.

I was very reluctant about buying breakfast at White Castle I normally don’t eat their lunch I don’t do well with their burgers but I really wanted to try the breakfast and I was really surprised it’s not that bad at all and it’s a great price so I do recommend just giving you the breakfast a shot the hash browns were great the sandwiches were great and the waffle sandwich was incredible so I definitely do recommend it
