First time at this spot…man they’re slow as hell. Had me waiting for good amount of time and looked like they had a bunch of online orders. Employees were doing what they can but damn hire more people for real. Bro on the pizza oven was a real one though but the two dudes making the pies need to kick it in over drive.

I visited Mod Pizza in Mansfield, TX, for a quick lunch yesterday, and it was a mixed experience. The place is very spacious, making it a comfortable spot to dine in. I loved the live pizza-making culture they have, where you can watch your pizza being made right in front of you.
One of the best things about Mod Pizza is the flexibility with toppings. They never say no to any topping you want to add, which is great for creating your perfect pizza. The sauces they serve with the pizza are also excellent.
There are plenty of places to dine in, including an outdoor patio seating area, which is a nice touch. I ordered a pizza, garlic bread, and two desserts—Chocolate No Name Cake and Lemonade Cake. I was very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the food.
However, there were some downsides. The tables were dirty, and the restroom was not well-maintained. The young staff seemed to lack experience, and the manager appeared lazy and did not seem to take care of the place sincerely. These issues detracted from what could have been a perfect experience.
Overall, Mod Pizza is a decent place for a quick, delicious pizza, but it needs better management and cleanliness.

Really has gone down hill. Soooo dirty
Food prep area was a mess, most of the tables were covered with food waste, and all the trash cans are overflowing. Used to be good and well taken care of.

This place is amazing. My husband took our daughters for the first time last Friday. They loved it so much they asked to go again Saturday. That was my first time! I loved it so much we went today as a family. Great service. Amy is amazing. Very personable and kind. Always makes the best pizza ever! If you love pizza, stop by. You’ll be glad you did.

I like how you can build you own personal pizza and they many opt available for any diet. I made my own pizza and got the reg crust which was thin and airy but had little to no flavor. The cheese bread was same I wish they added garlic or butter to crust to add flavor. The No name cake taste like a little Debbies Swiss roll- which you can’t go wrong with.
One thing I noticed was the poor service. The cooks there were unhelpful and lack in customer service skills. The whole time I got the feeling I was unwelcome and an inconvenience to the employees.
Based on other reviews I believe this is a common issue with this location, because of this I will not be coming back.

Its a regular go to place. The current staff there are really good. Instructions of online orders are correctly followed and the commitment is seen the way they set each pizza. Huge shout out to the crew.

Extremely disappointed with the attitude that was in store. My husband and I were nice and polite with everyone there because we understand working on new years can be annoying but the least you can do is be polite and not so disrespectful to paying customers. The boy making our pizzas was very short with us and kept rolling his eyes at everything we said as well as what other customers were saying too (our order was very simple: 2 mod pizzas and a salad). My husband and I even heard the boy sigh and roll his eyes yet again when more customers walked in thus making the whole environment uncomfortable.

We just had the best customer service today provided by a Mr. Drew. He was attentive and ensured our meals had all the topping we requested. He greeted us properly and appeared to thoroughly enjoy what he was doing. We definitely will be coming back.
