The way your night crew just played with my time, my money, and my stomach. I’m at work!!!! I should of drove off when the young lady left me at the mic for 20 minutes. With no line. When I bought the food back. The young lady demanded fresh off the grill. Someone declined with a “No!”. Then they sent the same cold food out with hot fries. Diabolical. I pray you get back the service you immaturity deserves when you spend your money. We didnt deserve any of that.. I appreciate the reminder. Never come here after 7. Your cook sorry as hell.

I feel compelled to recount an exceedingly disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. In the spirit of modern convenience, I placed my order ahead of time through the McDonald’s mobile application — a tool ostensibly designed to save one both time and patience. My modest request? A single Filet-O-Fish meal, accompanied, I had hoped, by the simple joy of Monopoly game pieces.
Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was met not with efficiency, but with an inexplicable delay of approximately twenty minutes. I waited, stationary and increasingly incredulous, as the purpose of “ordering ahead” dissolved into absurdity. Eventually, faced with no food, no updates, and no sign of progress, I was forced to cancel my order entirely.
To depart a McDonald’s both hungry and Monopoly-less is an indignity I would not wish upon any patron. I did not ask for haste beyond reason — merely for the timely fulfillment of a single sandwich. The experience, regrettably, was the very opposite of fast food.
In conclusion, my encounter at this establishment was characterized by inefficiency, disorganization, and the unfulfilled promise of both sustenance and sweepstakes. I remain deeply dissatisfied and, more tragically, still without my Filet-O-Fish.

This morning I was rushing. I thought I had put my money in my wallet, but I had put the money in my jacket pocket. I go to the drive thru and order a #11 stating I would like a steak bagel combo with a tall ice coffee. I get to the drive thru window and I can’t find my money in my wallet. I told the cashier to cancel my order bc I can’t find my money. I told him I needed to pullover and park bc I needed to figure out what I did with my money.
I could tell he was clearly upset. . . .
I pullover and I found my money in my jacket pocket laying on my car seat. I get back in line and order a steak bagel combo. I could hear the cashier on the intercom asking me to check my order but I was already driving to the window. I paid for the order. I drove to window number 2?and picked up the order.
I sat the order on my car seat en route to my mother’s house, and I get a call from my brother to go by Baptist Princeton and pick up my mother from her doctor’s appointment. I do that. My mother asks me to take her to the grocery store. I do that. I take her home, take her groceries inside the house then go back outside to my car and get my steak, egg and cheese bagel, except it’s not a steak, egg and cheese bagel combo. It’s a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. I am highly disappointed.
I drove all the way from Montgomery, AL with a steak, egg and cheese bagel on my mind for breakfast. I only eat the steak, egg and cheese bagels from McDonald’s restaurants. I didn’t eat the sausage, egg and cheese because I don’t like sausage. I am disappointed and tired. I’ll call management and ask can I receive a raincheck to correct my order in the next morning.

The manager here cares more about how she is dressed than her actual customer service or her own attitude. Her leadership is the reason why that store is as bad as it is. When you put someone like that in charge and their attitude is not good, people will not want to eat there. She makes the whole team look bad. The other young lady who helped us was so sweet and she took great care of us. The manager told us we couldn’t use cash and then told us we had to use the kiosk and she didn’t have time to help us. She was very unprofessional and I decided not to eat. My Mom still wanted food so we got her a couple of burgers before her appointment. This was a bad visit and hopefully she was just having a bad day.

Very very slow..especially in the dt. I did a mobile and still sat and waiting in the drive thru line with only myself and 2 other cars for at least 20 mins. No apology about the wait. The order taker on speaker even waited a while to speak to the 2 cars ahead of me. There was one employee on their phone outside by dt and even heard her say “oh we have a line, I should get back in there”. Did she? Nope. Continued to talk loudly on the phone while looking at us in dt line like it was an inconvenience. Do not recommend if you need any type of “quick” service. Go somewhere else.

Pretty decent location order are received in a timely manner no order mistake so far. But they definitely need to do restroom maintenance a family went in to use it and come out saying the toilet sprayed water on their back while they where using it.

From a nursing class at Princeton Hospital, I walked to McDonald’s for lunch. Nobody eating in lobby. Ordered off self service machine and after ordering the quarter pound with cheese combo I chose option to pay with card. While starting to insert my card the screen went blank with instructions to pay at counter. A receipt came out and I proceeded to counter where a nice young lady took receipt, stated “so you ordered chicken nuggets “, I stated no, it was the quarter pounder with cheese meal. She identified the order in the system and promptly brought my order to go out and I walked bk. As I opened my meal it was burnt, the meat was in pieces, no cheese and bun had barely a dot of ketchup. It was disgusting.
