Excellent location! Bigger size McDonald’s with a double drive thru. Restaurant is good size and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. McMuffin was very hot, fresh and not over cooked. We either caught them on a good day or this gotta be the nicest McDonalds in Maryland (or anywhere, really) that we’ve ever been to.
Roadside pit stop, just a hop and skip off the interstate. Squeaky clean — even the bathroom was spotless; a remarkable feat in general.
They were a little slow on the food despite it being empty; a bit disorderly with the mobile orders, but it all came out right and soon enough.
As tidy as it is, the nearby Motel 6 riffraff still meandered their way over and made a mess — but to that end, this McD’s staff does a good job keeping up.

I ordered food through the app, picked it up in store and ate inside the McDonald’s. The store was very clean. It was quiet in the store. Besides me only a man with his daughter.
Staff was extremely friendly. Food came out within 3 minutes and was fresh and hot. While I was there, they probably prepared a cholocate milkshake for a customer by mistake or that customer changed his mind after ordering and they offered me that milkshake for free. Never had that before and I thank them for that. It not only prevents food waste, it also creates a happy customer, who was already pleased with the quality of the meal. It was way better than most other McDonald’s locations, and I have been to hundreds of them. Highly recommend.

One of the Better McDonald’s Locations
This McDonald’s was actually a pleasant surprise. I received my food very quickly, and everything was cooked well and served hot. The staff was friendly, polite, and seemed to stay on top of things, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable.
The restaurant itself was decently clean and organized — a noticeable step up compared to many other locations. Overall, this is definitely one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to, and I’d gladly stop by again.

Burgers and sandwiches are good. Same complaint others are here. Got a Large Fry and this is how they filled it. Fries are way too expensive to give out smalls instead of larges. Hopefully Corporate is able to do something about this. It is absolutely unacceptable that this happens in this establishment

Everytime I go to this mcdonalds they try to give me a full cup of ice with some soda sprinkled on top. It’s happened enough that i know management tells them to do that. They also do not fully honor the whole mcdonalds app. I came here a little while back and you couldn’t use the app at all. Now you can use the basic coupons but not all. I’ve been up and down the east coast and never found another mcdonalds that doesn’t fully honor the app and want inside six flags or something. Find mcdonalds that’s cares enough to save you a little money. I only come here when I have no other choice as I’m a truck driver and it’s truck parking near

This has happened multiple times, but we just went there and spent $40. They wouldn’t give two dips for the chicken sandwiches. Versus causing an added delay with special order we just do it ourselves. This is one of the only locations that refuse. How cheap do the management and the owners have to be? People are spending their money at your location and you won’t even give them 2 dips for the chicken sandwiches. We added bacon and got one half piece. We also got 3 large fries and you can see the photo for reference. Please FILL YOUR FRENCH FRIES!!!! They are way too expensive to be cheating out of French fries. How hard is it to do this? A large fry should be filled, not the equivalent of a small. Otherwise we would buy the small. Why is this location so cheap? And when you try to get it fixed they’re awful. Since management hasn’t been helpful, my daughter called to ask for a way to contact and report the issue to corporate – literally what’s provided on the wall, and the manager refused and hung up on her. I have the video if need be. I don’t like to complain, which is why this is like the 20th bad experience here. But still, customers shouldn’t be nickel and dimed and ripped off.

Stopped in on a roadtrip expecting consistency and standards. We ordered on the kiosk to go. Order was messed up, and cold. Staff was cussing and lacked care. There was someone playing music on a speaker and loitering in the bathroom. Felt uncomfortable. Keep driving to the next one.
We ordered a snack wrap meal (ranch) and a single snack wrap (gold sauce) they made all 3 ranch. When we went in they made us go back to the truck and bring in all 3 snack wraps to show and prove they messed up the order. Now every snack wrap has been reopened and is now cold and messy. They did remake the wrap for us….chicken nuggets were stale and cold. Very dissappinting.
