I loved how customizable everything is—you can build your bowl exactly how you want with so many healthy options. The staff was friendly and the service was quick even though it was busy. I recently visited CAVA for the first time, and I was truly impressed with the outstanding customer service by Tee The representative helping me took time out of her day to walk me through the entire menu since I was a new customer. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient, and I never once felt rushed while I was deciding what to order.
She also gave me some great recommendations, which made my first experience even better. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure customers feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her warm attitude and willingness to help definitely made my visit memorable.
I’ll definitely be coming back—CAVA has earned a new loyal customer! ✨

For a fast food place, the food is delicious with a good variety of options including bowls, pitas and salads. Restaurant has standard atmosphere with plenty of seating. Free parking. Just about the only thing the place can do better is train the staff to listen to what the customer is ordering. I was initially served something completely different from what I ordered.

Came in today and I have to say it was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had thanks to Rikaya the young woman that works the front. She has by far the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The most wonderfulest spicy/mild food I have ever tasted that doesn’t disagree with my sensitive stomach. I have to be more careful when eating spicy food. With CAVA I can experience glorious new flavors with a kick in it & have no worries about it disagreeing with my stomach later. Definitely try the foods that have pickle in it. It is delightful. Their special blend of guacamole especially! Chefs kisses!
