I placed a mobile order and arrived to find the doors locked while employees sat inside watching me struggle to get in. No one moved until another employee came from outside to unlock the door. I greeted at least three staff members with a cheerful “Good morning”, not one acknowledged me. Several walked right past without a word.
No one offered help, no one checked on my order, and when I rang the bell, I was ignored. The staff only spoke Spanish, and when my food was finally handed to me, it came with visible attitude and zero warmth. No smiles, no courtesy, just a complete lack of customer service. It felt like I was intruding rather than being served. From the time I placed the order til I received my food took almost 15 mins and I was the only person there!
McDonald’s should be better than this.

This lady, apparently she’s the manager. Made the WRONG order and added the wrong things. Then refused to refund me the drink I ordered. Waited 23 minutes for a wrong drink to the point where another customer had to go and defend me. Disgusting woman. You all need to get new workers because they’re nothing but slow, lazy and rude.

The Dominican girl with the red (badly dyed) and black hair was HORRENDOUS. i waited 30 minutes for a small caramel macchiato and a cookie and she gave another customer their order who ordered AFTER ME. DISGUSTING SERVICE. She was speaking in Spanish talking shit as if I DIDNT SPEAK SPANISH LIKE HELLO??

This is the worst McDonald’s EVER. Every single time I go to this hell hole there’s always a problem. The food is always cold especially the fries which are supposed to be crispy and hot and salty. Nothing like that. Got a breakfast sandwich bacon agg and cheese biscuit and the biscuit was sooo hard, they are really disgusting. GOD FORBID IF I ASK FOR KETCHUP they look at you as if I ask them for their first born! You tell them you need 5 Ketchup’s and dipping sauce for your chicken nuggets because you know they are going to forget and you get 3 dipping sauce for a 4 piece nugget. They work in a fast food place and they don’t understand ketchup and dipping sauce and numbers. What a mess. I am definitely not going back there anymore. I would drive a little further to get a hot meal and enjoy it and get your money’s worth. I recommend Lincoln Park Nj they are good and even Rt 46 in Pine Brook.

funny drive thru guy and he’s always quick with orders and starts some small talk. tho food can be cold sometimes the cool guy at the drive thru is the reason i come back.

place was way too cold to eat inside , slow staff i get it we short staff but at least a hi would be nice also , food was barely cooked health department should look in to this. do not recommend. owner if your place its not making money change management .

Went early in the morning for a frappe and one of those $5 meal deals, the second I got to the window the menu changed from lunch to breakfast. I tried to order the McDouble value meal but the person said only breakfast despite just serving the car before me a Big Mac meal. In top of that they gave the wrong frappe but at that point I didn’t care so I just took it and left.

Stuff is rude and extremely unprofessional. If you guys are having a party inside don’t accept pick/up inside orders . If you still did you better apologize and ask pick up drive through in kind manner but not wave your hand on me like “get out of here “. Also the cheeseburger was burned and no cheese in filet o fish .

They sell the EXPIRED (30 min) apply pie to us. Not sure if because it is free from the Monopoly deal, they gave the expired one on purpose. Or they just don’t want to waste it and gave whoever ordered it.

1 year ago: The employee didn’t even check if any customers in store and just working on packing the meal for drive-through. The distribution of this store doesn’t make any sense. Should be at least 1 employee for in-store customers, and another one of drive-through
We waited for at least 5 min and asked the employee to come, but he still asked us to wait.
The food there also not good at all. The French fries and not fresh and too soft. And he didn’t ask if we want any sauces since we can not get any sauces by ourselves. And after giving us the package, he just went back inside.
No wonder the reviews here are not good at all.
If no more improvement, I don’t think it will attract old or new customers anymore.
