No one offered help, no one checked on my order, and when I rang the bell, I was ignored. The staff only spoke Spanish, and when my food was finally handed to me, it came with visible attitude and zero warmth. No smiles, no courtesy, just a complete lack of customer service. It felt like I was intruding rather than being served. From the time I placed the order til I received my food took almost 15 mins and I was the only person there!
McDonald’s should be better than this.
This lady, apparently she’s the manager. Made the WRONG order and added the wrong things. Then refused to refund me the drink I ordered. Waited 23 minutes for a wrong drink to the point where another customer had to go and defend me. Disgusting woman. You all need to get new workers because they’re nothing but slow, lazy and rude.

The Dominican girl with the red (badly dyed) and black hair was HORRENDOUS. i waited 30 minutes for a small caramel macchiato and a cookie and she gave another customer their order who ordered AFTER ME. DISGUSTING SERVICE. She was speaking in Spanish talking shit as if I DIDNT SPEAK SPANISH LIKE HELLO??
place was way too cold to eat inside , slow staff i get it we short staff but at least a hi would be nice also , food was barely cooked health department should look in to this. do not recommend. owner if your place its not making money change management .

1 year ago: The employee didn’t even check if any customers in store and just working on packing the meal for drive-through. The distribution of this store doesn’t make any sense. Should be at least 1 employee for in-store customers, and another one of drive-through
We waited for at least 5 min and asked the employee to come, but he still asked us to wait.
The food there also not good at all. The French fries and not fresh and too soft. And he didn’t ask if we want any sauces since we can not get any sauces by ourselves. And after giving us the package, he just went back inside.
No wonder the reviews here are not good at all.
If no more improvement, I don’t think it will attract old or new customers anymore.
