Fries were hot but that’s it. I stood at the counter (as the only person inside besides a family already sitting down and eating) for a solid 5 minutes, maybe more, waiting to place my order. The lady in the drive thru window, walked by front counter approx 3 times and looked at me each time but never said a word. The manager was bagging food for drive thru, turned around to look at me dead in my face and then turned back around, never saying a word to me. The guy who was making the food, came up from the back and offered to take my order. Shout out to him! I didnt get a, “be with u shortly” or a single word from the manager, who clearly refused to wait on me. The service was absolutely terrible and I plan on taking this complaint as high as it can go because the treatment I received here, was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. Also, as I was finally eating my food, another gentleman came in from drive thru, complaining about his order being messed up, and the manager and employees proceeded to argue with him about it. Super unprofessional environment and I will not be back. I will also spread the word about this location.

Went through the drive-thru and got the Big Bacon Burger with fries—both were hot, fresh, and delicious. Crispy bacon, a juicy burger, and perfectly cooked fries. Fast service and great quality. Would definitely come back.

I went on a Friday afternoon. They were having trouble w/ drive thru speaker. I ordered my meals n had to repeat twice. I get to window n tell them again twice. I pull up to door to get meals. Only given 1 meal. I go in n there was 1 young lady that didn’t know the difference in white and dark meat. I notice this as she was filling my meal order. I told her n she said “ u people r getting on my nerves”. I was only one at the counter so I asked her who she was talking about…she said u people all of u. Then I proceeded to ask for my money back. I asked for mgr. Young lady got mad n mouthed off again. The mgr took care of it. She offered my money back n told me she would remake my meals n not charge me. She was very nice and kind. With everything going on in this world we don’t need all that attitude. I won’t be back.

Food is good but the employees are very rude… I waited for 20 minutes just for them to turn around and acknowledge that I was at the register. I had a pick up order which took another 10 or so minutes which Im not sure why because the app said it was ready before I even got there…. the girl kept asking me if I was with door dash and I said no, its a mobile order. She handed me empty cups for my first 2 drinks and then I went to grab my iced coffee from her and there was milk or cream all over the cup. I asked her if it was iced coffee because it had what looked like milkshake all over the cup. She rolled her eyes at me and said of course its iced coffee, why wouldnt it be?… overall it was just a disappointing experience….

I said no problem she bought 1 side and asked about the second 1 she rolled her eyes than when and got my second 1 got home realized that I didn’t get my 5 biscuits

My boyfriends loves jacks food. I thought I would get him a little something sweet. I was utterly disappointed to pay $3 for this. It’s totally unappetizing and like rocks. Plus it was only 6 Little Rocks and so hard to eat. This is an absolute worst joke I’ve ever seen! Plus it was a mobile order and I’m missing a strawberry cream cheese pie! I even sat off to the side having to wait for my food. This is the worst experience I’ve had and will not be returning for awhile. A waste of my money overall!!
