Every time I go or order, they are always out of thick crust. Ordered delivery, and instead of canceling the order, sent a thin crust through DoorDash so that way when I got the order they made us go through DoorDash for a refund which DoorDash was not helpful with. Their thin crust pizza isn’t very good, and not the reason I order from this place, but it’s apparently all they sell and they screw you over so that they won’t lose a sale.

I ordered Uber Eats to have a pizza delivered from Hometown. When I received the pizza it was burnt black all around the edges. It was so bad my dog wouldn’t touch the crust! I called them and they don’t offer a refund.

We ordered a small pizza and a spaghetti and meatballs. The spaghetti and meatballs was terrible. The meatballs were hard as a rock, they were inedible. The sauce tasted as if it was from a jar. It used to be so good. Now I would never eat at this restaurant again.

I ordered takeout and it was horrible. The worst rubbery, mushy chicken wings I’ve ever eaten. I had to peel the skin off of most of them to make them edible. My son got spaghetti, which was supposed to have meatballs with it, no meatballs. My sauce for the wings was supposed to be blue cheese they gave me ranch. I was completely dissatisfied. Will not order here again unless it’s pizza. It seems to be the only thing they do well.

My husband and I dine here frequently, and when we eat in, the food is consistently good quality. However, our experiences with carryout have been disappointing. The food is often incorrect or not the same quality as when dining in.
On 3/30, I ordered a house salad along with other items. The salad was completely wilted, brown, and falling apart. I called to ask if I could receive a credit for the salad on a future visit, and I was told a manager would call me back within the week. I still haven’t heard from anyone.

Absolutely the worst pizza we have gotten here. For over 25 years we have dined in or carried out food and have NEVER had an issue. We ordered two nites ago and we could not even eat whatever it was in my pizza box. It was terrible. We won’t be back till we see good reviews again. Go to Godfathers or even better….Bonnie & Clydes on Dixie.

Ordered delivery. Ordered 7 items and only received 3. Ended up not receiving my spaghetti, fettuccine, and no chicken bites! You got to do better. I can see missing maybe 1 item out of 7, but missing 3 is not acceptable!!
