I’m not really sure why, but they made another bacon, egg and cheese biscuit for me. I guess to make sure I was satisfied…? Come on, do better. A soggy piece of bacon on your biscuit is just ..bad.
Floor in the dining room was filthy and the men’s room was flooded. We cleaned our own table.
This was the worst experience at jacks we have ever had.
Oh, and it was 11 am on Monday. We may as well have flushed $19 down the dirty toilet.
When I first pulled up in the Drive-Thru it took several minutes for them to acknowledge that I was sitting right in front of the speaker. Then there was no acknowledgment at all while I ordered. It was basically five sandwiches and two hash browns. Three of the sandwiches were additions or substitutions. The acknowledgment was lackadaisical at best. And the amount didn’t seem to be right. It was less than it should have been. So when I pulled up to the window to pay and I told her I didn’t think it was enough money she does stared at me in the eyes and I repeated the order and then she never even looked back at her register before she repeated the same amount of money. So I was very surprised haven’t heard the money that she said and she asked me to pull up.
Two of those biscuits were plain sausage biscuits for my dogs. Which were in the front seat. So when I pulled up I turned and looked at my dogs and I said “yeah this order isn’t going to be right”.
The lady that brought the food out to me was sweet as could be and in a great mood. It was a complete 180 from the girl that took the order and the money.
Lo and behold my other surprise and shock, the order appears to be right. Mostly.
What are the substitutions I asked for bread instead of biscuit… And they gave me a hamburger bun. I guess next time I need to be specific and say Texas toast like what the breakfast sandwich comes on. I don’t like potato bread. If I had known that’s what they were going to give me I would have been specific.
But that’s my fault, not theirs.
The other two sandwiches that were changed just were addition of egg and cheese and it looks like from a glance inside the bag everything is right.
So for about $8 less than I thought it would be breakfast was delicious. My mom hasn’t eaten hers yet. I’ll edit the review if she says they’re gross or whatever LOL.
Would go here again.
But maybe, just maybe, if you have somebody that works for you that doesn’t want to be there, they don’t need to be. There are others that will have those jobs happily.
in breakfast time be sure to ask to cook your food fresh otherwise it may be lukewarm sort of cold.
During lunch and dinner the food is preety fresh
with friendly greetings.
The milkshake was not filled. The container of cookies and cream was almost out. So they used the only little bit left. I had to go back in and ask for a new one which was made horribly.
Noticed that the cashier is handling food and touching people’s money. Ain’t no telling where that customer or their money has been but y’all carelessly touching people orders. Unsanitary!
