It was very pleasant I went in to order and the DM was there helping out. He was very polite and made sure my order was correct. He even held the bathroom door for me. Our drinks were amazing as always. I am a coffee fanatic and Starbucks is my favorite place to go get coffee I have enjoyed every drink I have ever ordered.

I accidentally made a mobile order for the wrong location and was bummed because my drinks had been made 40 minutes before I was able to pick them up when I realized. I got to this location expecting them to be cold and was surprised that they were warm and my lemonade didnt have any cup moisture. I am pretty positive the staff remade my drinks realizing I was not there to pick them up, I appreciated that soooo much! Thank you, wonderful customer service. Merry Christmas to you all, ill be back!

Wife got small latte in the drive through, got to where she was going and takes a sip, and the cup is half empty. She didn’t even want to drink it because it’s such a weird thing to do to someone and she didn’t trust it. How do you fill a SMALL cup barely halfway and hand that to a customer. It’s intentional malice or incompetency. No it wasn’t foam and it’s not like she was rude to them, she’s a nice quiet lady and is respectful to everyone. Don’t mess with people’s food/drinks that you are preparing for them. Not cool.

Store closes early. When your hours are unreliable, so too will be your customers. Highly recommend recognizing that you’re compensation is tied to your customers. Sure, some days are slow. However, I can imagine you would be frustrated if the gas station closed early, maybe the doctor’s office, that’s why we count on those locations abiding by their hours. No I don’t want to send you an email and talk to a nameless person. The three baristas inside clearly saw me, avoided eye contact, didn’t answer the speaker for 5 minutes, and when I parked and came to the window they closed the lock in my face. Classy.

This location is shuttered and the new location two doors down is drive thru only, with no seating inside. The whole point of a coffee shop is to have a place to chill for a couple of hours and meet up with friends, or knock out some focused work. Needless to say I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I’m a fan of Starbucks but this location is difficult at times. Driving past 3 Starbucks at 5:30 am to get to this location only to see the typed “closed for the day”, signs. I wish there was a way that you all could make this visible on the app so people would know how to maneuver about the day and not waste their time . This location spontaneously, once or twice a month, does not open.

This is the slowest Starbucks in Huntsville. BUT there is a lady here I don’t know her name but I think she’s a shift lead, a black lady with glasses. She always is working so hard and my matcha comes out delicious when she makes it. Any other time the line is stand still. Jesus will come back by the time you get your order.

Great coffee! The current manager (October 2021) is a really good professional!!! I have gone to this Starbucks daily since it opened. There was a previous manager a guy from about a year or so ago who was just terrible. The store seems to have really gotten better with this one!!!

Fast, efficient, personable crew — I usually go to locally owned coffee shops in town, but needed coffee earlier than they open, so sat inside for a bit catching up on emails & enjoying my horchata espresso drink (perfectly customized for me with 1/2 the sweetener & light on the ice). Really impressed by the way the crew worked together. They obviously have a firm base of regulars, based on how they greeted people walking in. Love the rainbow flag, too! Good place to be.
