So I ordered the Vegan but I wanted a real beef patty cause I really wanted the lettuce instead of the bun .
The lady inadvertently charged me for an extra patty, I was not going to be a Karen and complain about 2 dollars , but Philipe came up to me and said ” hey the cashier over charged you for that patty , what would you like for me to do ?” I said ” thanks for looking out, how bout do a refund and put it in the tip jar”
I was so blown away that he caught it !
Too awesome ! Great staff , clean, organized and food was amazing!

This burger place is surprisingly awesome. I didn’t know i would like it so much but first of all, the loaded fries are like no other. LOADED with bacon, cheese, jalapenos…. so really the burger is the side!

My first visit here and I am glad I ordered. I took my mom here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered to go and was running late. I thought our shakes were either melted or not made but when I picked up they were in a cooler section ready and still frozen. (I really appreciated a shake being a shake).
The burgers are really tasty and the fries are too whether sweet potato or loaded hand cut regular I have found my renewal of enjoying fries and burgers again.
Definitely going back to try other burgers and more fries.

We went to MOOYAH in Denton and it was my daughter’s first time ever eating a hamburger and she loved it! The staff was so friendly and made the experience extra special. Burgers were juicy, fries were great, and the place was clean and welcoming. Such a fun and memorable visit for both of us!!

This is my first time purchasing at mooyah burgers fries and shakes! I find the burger to be a very good size excellent juicy and tasty. I ordered the sweet potato fries to go with it and believe me there’s enough here for two people and this is a personal size. The sweet potato fries are really flavorful and I must say they’re the best I have ever had. I normally don’t order sweet potato fries because they’re not good, but these are delicious. I highly recommend mooyah and will definitely be coming back.

If you go, go in person and eat in store, don’t get delivered. Missing almost all of toppings and cheese. Plus the chips were in a tray in the bag uncovered. So my burger was just bun burger onion strings. The drink, dragon fruit something, was like day old strawberry Kool aid. They did not follow instructions. Skip next time

What a joke. The last time I was here was several months ago and what a difference. The burgers now are about 25% smaller. I came here because everyone else burgers have reduced in size. But it looks like Mooya has joined in. See my pics, fork is size comparison. Definitely not worth $16. For this tiny burger meal.

Dirty tables, we had to clean off our table before setting down to eat.
Fountain drink machines down, and still had to pay for drinks even though our selection was very limited.
The staff on this particular Saturday wasn’t interested in providing good customer service, they didn’t seem to care if we were there. And when our order was up, we had to go and pick it up at the window though they weren’t that busy… they could of had the impression to have excellent customer service… but they didn’t care about that…
The food is amazing, but that is the only thing this location has. Its been going down hill for some time now

The food is good consistently. The prices are tough also consistently. Good vibes. I’m mostly writing about their curbside, which is inconsistent.
We pulled up and had been instructed that we’d be assisted by staff after parking in a designated curbside spot. Well there aren’t clearly designated spots, but we figured a spot right in front of the door would do.
We waited well beyond our pickup time, by about 8 minutes before just walking in to ask if our food was ready. We were greeted by a gentlemen who begun by telling us we should have called. I explained that their system only tells us to park, not to call. He returned with “park, and call” which just isn’t true as my screenshot shows.
Not a huge deal but inconsistent. It was a bit annoying to have an employee place the blame on us for not doing something we were not instructed to do. Like if your system tells customers parking is enough, that should be enough. If it isn’t, post a sign or change your system’s instructions.
