Update 2: the McDonald’s in Quincy is owned by the same franchisee and engages in the same shenanigans.
Edit: It happened again when I picked up through the drive thru. I ordered online using the app including additional sauce. At the window they said if I wanted the extra sauce I ordered is have to pay for it. I did, and I wouldn’t have complained if I had been charged in the app, but this is BAIT AND SWITCH tactics.
I will not be returning.
I like the local burger joints better anyway, so thanks for reminding me what the price of convenience is.

Ordered “sharables” for several people and added extra sauce for the nuggets, burgers, and fries. You can see in the included photo of the bag slip, it says 5 BBQ, 2 Ranch, and 4 S&S. The 4 cups in the picture are all that was given.
Since I’m disabled, I sent my kid in to correct the issue and the employee was rude to my child and just gave her a handful without even an apology or a bag. Kiddo had to hand them to me through the window to be able to open the door.
If you want higher service ratings, the employees need to learn to count. I think this store only continues to operate because the next one is 30 miles away.

You order burgers at a time and say wait 30 mins. they have no icecream, they have no meat, they have no deals! then breakfast is on the menu when you already ordered dinner and dinner is in the menu when you order breakfast!! How can you keep up with the menu when it transitions are so much!!!!! Employees do NOT care about customer’s It’s just a check to most! Mcdonalds is a company that sets so many changes in their menu you can’t keep up with it! I’d rather spend my money @ Burger King or Wendy’s at least I get what I ask for at any time you ask for what’s on the menu. Mcdonalds is over rated!!!!! 1000%

It defeats the purpose to order online. 15 minutes before getting to the store, having to get stuck in the drive through for over 5 minutes and then still be forced to wait in the drive through pick up cause your food still wasn’t ready. Horrible time management.

The young manager girl that handled my online order on Friday evening was very rude and unprofessional. I truly wish I would have gotten her name. To work under her would be a miserable experience and I truly feel sorry for her crew. I will never order from this particular establishment again.

This McDonald’s is at the heart of Ephrata, well maintained, Manager in charge has kept up the building very nice!
My visit was Fast, accurate and a clean atmosphere! Coffee was delicious

I usually don’t give out review, today I will. I went to order at the infreda, Washington McDonald’s. It was right after breakfast so I knew my order might take a little longer because they probably wouldn’t be ready for lunch.
I ordered 2 kids meals with chicken nuggets. And. Chicken strips. I knew my order was gonna be longer than usual because chicken always takes longer For some reason. We werr asked us to park on the side to wait for our meal we did. when they finally came out to give us our order they apologize. For taking longer than usual, I said it was OK I didn’t mind it because I knew they were going to take time on prepare it. they were so apologetic and gave me a voucher. I told them I did not need it that it was okay but they insisted on me having it.Thank you mcdonald’s in Ephrata for being so sweet.

Came here with my daughter. Ordered a happy meal. Fries were cold and it was nuggets instead of a burger. Asked them to swap it. Waited 10 minutes just for someone to finally address me at the counter. Waited another 20 minutes for the burger.

I ordered a meal online from this branch and got charged. It said the branch closes at 3 am so I showed up at 8:30 pm and the place was completely shut. Why the hell wasn’t it updated that the branch was closed? Even Carl’s clearly shows on google maps it’s closed for Thanksgiving.

Food was typical of a McDonald’s and the service though rushed was friendly. Exactly what one expects from this fast food restaurant. However, the “play area” is sad. There could have been some effert into it. I guess it’s better then nothing but not much better.

Whoever runs this store should be sued and or arrested for theft. If I stole money from someone, I no doubt would be arrested. On Monday the 1st I ordered via the mobile app. Upon arrival the store was closed due to some sort of emergency. No biggy, figured the payment wouldn’t be processed but I was wrong. For a few days my payment was pending but then it was processed on my bank account. This was for an order that was $40 for literally a couple items which is absurd in itself. Called the store numerous times only for them to not answer. They then apparently made it so calls can no longer even go through and now just gives the busy single. Presumable to ignore all the other complaints from people who they took money from. McDonald’s corporate is zero help and is telling me I need to take it up with the store. This is absolutely unacceptable and companies like this do not deserve to stay in business. I wish he worst upon people who runs businesses like this and pray on the weak.
