So I only get so much time for my lunch break like most people do. Everytime I’ve come to this location I’ve been thoroughly impressed to where I feel I have to let others know today! Impressive time given the customer flow they have is busy anytime I come here I’m in and out very quickly and the food is spectacular. Oh and shout out to Oliver for helping me with a choice today between Shanghai steak and Beijing beef. He recommended the steak and I was impressed at how good it is, I also applaud your entire staff this is great food! Will definitely need to make this more of a weekly visit for my lunches

What can I say it’s a Chinese restaurant that serves some good food that hits the spot when you’re craving that types of food. I personally love the orange chicken, and wherever we’ve gone here our orange chicken has been fresh and amazing, the cream cheese ragoons are one of my wife’s favorites along with their shrimp. If you haven’t gone before I would recommend going at least once in your life and give it a try. Also thier Lo-mein is very good as well.

Came in today, Christmas Eve, and there was a huge wait time due to a lot of online orders piling in. Had to wait a while so they could catch up but during that time they gave everybody a free drink cup. When I could place my order, the staff were very friendly despite having been in a constant rush. I got to watch the team work as I waited and nobody wasted time standing around and they kept themselves busy the entire time. Very impressed with the service and quality of the food.

I placed a catering order. The manager who took my order was pleasant and informative. We asked about delivery to Preston and she said that was no problem. It wasn’t even an extra charge (if you spend over $300) Our food was delivered ahead of schedule, more food than we thought it would feed. Great price! Nice containers to serve from with all serving utensils. All of our guests were so happy and so were we! We would recommend Panda Express to anyone needing catering!!

Ordered online from my office hoping to save time. I waited 25 minutes after I notified the cashier I was there to pick up my order. I would’ve received my order at least 15 minutes sooner if I would’ve just waited in line and ordered. I got home and my meal was missing 5 of the sauces I ordered. But it wasn’t missing the hair in the orange chicken that I didn’t order. Ew!

Place is gone downhill. Trash is overflowing. Tables are dirty. I get it, it gets busy. Service is slow due to the amount of online orderers and they seem to prioritize that over people standing in line for 20-30 minutes. Even after you order your food sits there till someone checks you out and food is cold by that time. They seriously need to separate the online orders and in store clients. It definitely is a bottle neck and waiting 40 minutes for panda is ridiculous. Has happened multiple times.

Usually love this place but each experience over the last few months has becoming worse and worse.
This last time, our order was taken promptly but then waited in line for twenty minutes just to pay and by the time we paid our food was cold.
We also planned to dine in but every table was disgusting and not wiped down in the time we were there (see images). Two employees (who looked like the managers) were standing in the back talking or walking around aimlessly.
Miss call he quality that used to be here. Probably the last time we will be visiting Panda here.

It’s a great panda food wise. The seating isn’t my favorite. It’s always really loud in there and there isn’t much seating away from the line, so it feels crowded, they do have outdoor seating which is nice but there is no shade.
