Today is my daughter birthday and we had plans to go to a sit down dinning location but she wanted to go to church service so we went a different direction. We placed an online order and arrived within ten minutes. The order came out about five minutes after arrival piping hot and ready. We tried the new crazy puffs and they were pretty great. Great service and wonderful people working the store.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Little Caesars. My order was made incorrectly, and when I tried to address it, the employee who helped me was extremely rude. When I asked for his name so I could let the manager know who I was speaking with, he gave me an attitude, questioned why I wanted his name, refused to give it to me, and walked away.
I later spoke with the manager, who told me the employee’s name is Julian and mentioned that the owner looks at the reviews. I hope this situation is addressed. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially after paying for my food.

Stopped in today for lunch and was greeted by Wade who gave me the best service. He has an amazing attitude and was very accommodating by making some hot and fresh cheesy bites and happily made some without meat for me as well. Hard to find vegetarian options. Thank you for the excellent service. Truly made my day 🙂

It’s a few minutes sometimes to get your food but at least it’s fresh and hot. the front staff is normally pretty great to deal with. They also are very patient with people that are very pushy, rude and impolite.

Ordered my 2 pizzas and a box of wings at 7:51pm. Heard the girl at the front say “Ashley isn’t here” said that I was here. Was ignored. Waited 10 minutes. Asked if they had the order for Ashley, was ignored. Waited 10 more minutes and asked what was going onbwith my order. The girl at the front came out and told me they are just waiting for “the wings to cook throughly.” Left the store 10 minutes after that. At 8:30pm. 40 whole minutes for 2 pizzas and a box of wings.

Advertising a special that they do not honor. The employee refused to honor the special, told me that another customer got upset that they wouldn’t honor the same special to.I told the employee that at least they should take the sign down if they’re not going to honor it and she ignored it and shrugged It off while I assume to be a manager a male stood over her and did nothing about the issue also. I was fulfilling my grandkids Pizza wishes. Regardless we were going to have a good time and we did. I ordered a thin crisp bacon and cheese pizza which was hot and fresh and served with not fresh pepperoni and cheese pizza and cheese pizza smh. Management and customer service at its worst.Come on guys get it together your service and quality of food is what makes your paycheck because it keeps us coming back. I have over 1 million 400 Google reviews and less then 10 with NEGATIVE reviews. I’m a very positive person and point out the positives. This time no, I asked the cashier at least three times about honoring what their advertising not only her but management totally ignored me. I wasn’t making an issue because my grandchildren were there and honestly it was pointless because they wasn’t hearing it !
