I have only been to this location a few times since may 2025 and almost every time they have gotten my order wrong. I recently took a short lunch break and thought I would get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, I got 2 sausage egg burritos instead. 30 min lunch break means I have no time to go back. Welp, I gave them more than enough chances and this is just the nail in the coffin. McDonald’s overall is way overpriced for what it is anyway. Lesson learned and I doubt I’ll be going to any McDonald’s in the future, no matter the location

Placed an order through their mobile app in less than 5 mins, only for their staff to state it’s not “appearing in their system”. You’re better off placing your mobile order at the Mcdonalds off at Bay Point. Do not place your mobile order at this location, you will be ripped off.

I watched three people get their orders taken before me and then they made me pull forward and wait for two cheeseburger meals because I complained that they were taking too long. The employees are super rude and make you wait longer if you complain about their poor customer service. Burgers are always ready. There was no reason to make me wait.
