Ordered a Bacon Buffalo Ranch McCrispy and this is what the bacon looks like. Tasted worse than it looks. I paid $6+ for this…
Worst part: The McDonald’s app has no way to contact customer service, so customers need to return to the location they ordered their food from and speak with someone. I won’t be able to do that for this because I ordered it at 12 am, picked up after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru and only saw it once I got home. Terrible customer service, McDonald’s!
Update: The owner/store contacted me and rectified the issue, which I appreciated!

The Hobeyone
I used the drive thru which had 2 lanes and a long line at about 1:30 pm during the week. A traffic light controls access from Shrewsbury St , which includes a bank. Cramped parking lot with snow as well. The food was fine and hot but the line was slow.

I’ve been to many McDonald’s restaurants – some better than others. This one was one of the best. I walked in during a very busy lunch rush. I was impressed at how quickly and correctly they took care of the crowd. I have learned to check my bag before I leave to check for mistakes. There was only a small one – I wish my fries were piping hot. They were pretty warm but just not the same as “hot off the grill”. The couple changes I requested for my order were properly executed. The staff was friendly. The kitchen seemed to run smoothly and efficiently. The restaurant was clean, tables were wiped off promptly . . . In all, they did a great! job!

I always go here to get food after class and there is always a reason I have to go back to get my food change , not only did the bag smell very weird and odd but as I was eating I noticed my quarter pounder tasted funny and I was shocked to see that it was raw. I also order 6 piece nuggets and a medium French fries , the fries were half filled and they gave me only 4 nuggets . They wouldn’t offer me a refund since I ate the food but would replace my order with a new one. (I wanted a full refund) Idk the quality of this place is going down ,but at least there willing to accommodate (I didn’t take the remade order)

Ordered using the app, and waited over 20 mins. Understandable for lunch rush, but when we finally got part of our order we were missing 1 out of 3 meals. When we told the staff they didn’t seem to understand even when we showed the order on the app. Fortunately the manager was able to help, but that was an additional 10 minutes of waiting.

I visited the drive-thru and had a poor experience. The staff greeted me improperly, didn’t ask about the app, and didn’t confirm my order. When I mentioned the app deal, which didn’t specify meal size, the staff member yelled at me and said it had to be a medium meal. After asking for the manager, they spoke rudely in Spanish, unaware I speak the language. I was unhappy with the outcome and will not return due to poor customer service.

Every time I go here my order is incorrectly and inaccurately made. I went last week for the first time and ordered a 6 piece and got a 4 piece. I came back with my wife and showed my receipt and got a fresh 6 piece on top of my wife’s burger with only cheese, ketchup and mustard on the way to the hospital. It had onions on it and my wife is allergic. After the hospital we went back to get the right burger and I complained and requested a gift certificate and was handed another burger for my wife and received a coupon for a free small fry… on the way home my wife opened the burger to find extra onions and pickles with no ketchup, mustard or cheese. I was infuriated… I went back from work the next day and told the manager about my 4 trips to that McDonald’s for their four mistakes. She gave me any meal I wanted on the house. I accepted this as a sufficient apology… today I decided to download the mobile app thinking it would be easier for my orders to be written instead of trying to ask someone for a sauce that doesn’t know how to speak English and receive a handful of salt… my burger was correct but I still got a 4 piece when I ordered 6 and payed for 6 in the mobile app… this place is literally an embarrassment to all McDonald’s’.

We gotten a couple of doordashes here and they won’t let anyone in the store to pick the doordash and won’t let dashers pick up through the drive thru so they make it a constant loop cause they won’t unlock the lobby. Freezing whole waiting to be let in and a lady is ignoring all the people she sees waiting at the door so we can wipe down tables. Wiping tables are important however it shouldn’t be at the top of the priority list over customers and food.

has anyone ever bought a 20 piece nugget and had it in there car for a few minutes before even opening the bag… They smell like dog poop… I’m not trying to bad mouth McDonald’s in anyway… But unfortunately their nuggets smell like dog poop… I’m all set with that…
