First time at this location and inside. I haven’t been inside a taco bell in years. It was clean, empty. The workers didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. Decided to try out the digital order on the tablets since I’ve never done that before plus I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Another guy came in and they didn’t acknowledge him either. They did mentioned to him to order at one of the tablets when he’s ready. I guess they don’t really want to take people orders verbally inside. Anyways, I ordered a combo meal with a burrito and a snack/dessert. I think I spent about $30. A bit expensive to me. Took mines to go, the worker who gave me my food asked if I can get my own drink. I said; “sure, are there cups over there?” (By the fountain drink area) I guess he forgot the cups aren’t over there, so he gave me a cup… Got home, the food was good, Hit the spot. I was surprised about the donut cream cheese balls. They were delicious. Overall I would recommend, I would go back.

Went through the drive through. Sure, yea. It’s normal for drive through employees to not be the happiest, and that was no different this time… however my chicken cantina tacos were compromised of chicken cantina and a yellow shell taco with burn marks… never going her again, disgusting and no warning of the proper shell shortage

They always end up messing up my order when I go here. I ask and “pay” for extra sauce on my burrito, and barely get any sauce on it at all. Tastes like a dry burrito. I have to ask for it on the side and make sure I get sauce then add it to the burrito. Today I asked for extra sauce and paid for it and there was NO SAUCE.
Update: 1 year later decided to order here again. Ordered extra nacho cheese on my burrito they charge me and when I bite into the burrito it tasted like dry beef and rice why am I charged extra and getting less!?!?
Update year 3: they still never put sauce on anything and short you on everything you order side of nacho cheese, nachos they don’t give you sour cream, and drink is flat and if you ask for no ice they don’t fill it up … This taco bell is NOT it they need to change management asap and stop with the attitude too when they are messing up not me…
Update 2024: Don’t expect expect much from this Tacobell. They are still always forgetting something out of my order or shorting me on the portion size. This morning my breakfast burrito was basically a tortilla only.
Update: 2025 Taco Bell really did a 180 and honestly the managers here especially at night try to make sure everything is perfect fo their customers. Portion size taste quality 100% better. Changing my review to a 5 star moving forward

I always get take out, my only comment is when you order through the kiosk, lets say 4 items, sometimes they forget or dont put the 4th item in the bag. Always happens to me. I just ordered a quesadilla, nachos and a two pack cinnibons and I didn’t get the cinnibons. They even closed the bag in front of me insuring everything was there.

We did not get the hot sauce we asked for, but overall the prices are very reasonable and the food is decent. Obviously this is a taco bell and does not compete with higher end restaurants however for a taco bell I think 4 stars is fair.

Apparently I have to do their job for myself. I came in and went to the register to order. No one acknowledged me. I wait a few minutes and finally the lady at the drive thru told me I have to order at the kiosk for her. Well there’s already people there. So I won’t be coming back here. If you can’t be bothered to take an order then you probably can’t be bothered to make the food correctly.

I cannot believe what just happened. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I had a simple order of a bean and beef burrito so I could get some small protein after the gym. You won’t believe what I received, but a picture says 1000 words. The food was not even wrapped, and on top of that it was definitely not the proportion it should be. When I drove home and opened the bag I immediately drove back to taco bell, they tried to offer me cash for my credit card purchase and to make more food. As if I would take anything from this store after what they tried to give me initially, they probably spit in the food!? These kids destroyed my experience with Taco Bell and truely broke my trust as a consumer.

Who ever prepped this Powerbowl tonight has beyond impressed me, they took the time to make everything look amazing in a container I still haven’t gotten used to. This is my go to Taco bell, and not once have I been disappointed here. They are kind, sound like they enjoy their job and that’s the reason we keep coming back. Even if sometimes we don’t get our combos in it’s original box… with this kind of effort in making it look good and so organized, how can I be mad. Great job to whoever made this as if they were making it for themselves

While eating u can hear the managers screaming at the employees I mean if this is “professional” to yall then it must be reported soon as possible.Snapping fingers at employees should not be okay ,as a manger you should know better to talk to your employees with respect.Whoever chose these people to be managers should be fired.Especially making the atmosphere uncomfortable and miserable hearing manager speak to employees this way.This needs to be looked at immediately.
