Had not been to Culver’s in a few years so I decided let’s do this for dinner… the food was good and the new custard – pumpkin chocolate was good (though there wasn’t much chocolate just a thin strip on top in a circle). The other custard lemon berry crunch was old and icy and not edible so I have to take that back. The pretzel burger was very good and just right size. The jalapeños cheese curds were ok; they were fresh so that helped I’m just not a fan of spicy foods. I’ll be back just going to watch the dates in the custard from now on.

The nice courteous owner is not here today in the afternoon around 2:15pm. Guess it’s tough to be a small business owner. The kitchen lady who was having a bad day apparently. The buns, top and bottom, for my cod sandwich were burned. I asked for a replacement and was met with multiple hesitation. She reluctantly threw a cold top bun untoasted in a paper tray onto the serving counter. I have to ask several times for the bottom burned bun. She then add a cold bottom bun to the paper tray and threw it back onto the serving counter.
Another customer apparently has same burned bun issue meanwhile and got a cold top bun as well.
Hiring a good worker with pride in work is not easy. This ruined the visit.

Culver’s is one of my favorite lunch spots! The owner, Charlie, is very friendly, and my father and I come so often that he recognizes us and always makes sure to greet us warmly.
We appreciate the great service and always enjoy the food. An underrated fast food place for sure!

This restaurant seem a little bit racist, and unfortunately we drove a hour to get there because there’s not one close to where we were at the time. This review is dated 12/31/2024 . Our last meal of the year. We wanted a good old culver fish sandwich, the young kids that worked there were being rude. We walk in they shout we are closing at 3 pm? It’s only 2:30 something. The manager was rude as well. We didn’t enjoy the food the sandwiches were nasty nothing like what we are used too. I didn’t do a review right away because we was so disappointed and had to find other place to eat at. Our order was wrong and all the manager was just so rude we didn’t want to eat in there anymore we will never visit this restaurant again it was a male Indian manager there. Oh they were turning the young black kids around it wasn’t even closing time but anyway I won’t be back

The place is very good, food pretty good and the restaurant clean. The wait time was short and the food brought to the table. I had to go get my own paper napkins but better than complete self service. The restroom was clean. The food though was more expensive than a typical fast-food. I got a double butter burger that cost me over $10. Overall the visit was ok, not outstanding as some folks say.

Me and my wife decided to stop by here and grab lunch. I was blown away by the impeccable service and tasty food. Tastes better than the other fast food chains, I have been to. Wife really enjoyed the fries so we ordered more to go. Might stop by again for a date night 🙂

I’m very disappointed with Culver’s. We really enjoyed their food in the past. We ordered a double burger picked it up for takeout and brought it all the way home. When we got home it was a single. We ate the burger because we were hungry. We called the restaurant to get our 3$ refunded for the difference. They said we had to bring the food and the receipt back to the restaurant to get our 3$ back. It was their mistake and I have to drive back? No. This is stupid. Can’t wait until the Whataburger opens down the street. Highly disappointed.

The food is 5-star, but the afternoon logistics are a 1-star experience. The city or the restaurant really needs to coordinate with local PD during school hours. Having cars idling in the turning lane isn’t just annoying for customers; it’s dangerous for everyone on the road.
