Ordered inside for a take out. Place is neat and clean.

The food was delicious, but boy, it was like a kiddie meal size. The fries were like reheated as it got really soggy and the chicken fingers even look sad for the amount and its size. You don’t get what you pay for, I guess.

Cane’s chicken finger is one of my favorite foods with its magic sauce. This place is located on a hill. The drive-thru and parking lot are in the back. Service is fast and friendly. The food quality is great. The room is also clean and lovely with a beautiful street view. WiFi is not available.

This is pathetic. If I wasn’t in a hurry I would have gone back to get my money back. At least the chicken is decent sized. But this is just a straight rip off you used to give so much more fries. Just charge a little more and give more fries don’t just start giving half the amount. Won’t be going back if that’s the kind of business model you have.

If you blink, you will miss this place. There is a very narrow facing front on the road with a deep but narrow parking lot.

When it is time to leave, you probably want to turn right. It’s in a spot where it’s very difficult to turn left across traffic.

The inside was very clean and felt very homey and welcoming.

They took a lot of time to discuss the menu and what a Celiac might order (gluten free).

So the menu is essentially chicken fingers. They can make chicken fingers without breading. These unbreaded chicken fingers are then cooked in the same oil as the breaded chicken fingers, so, there will be cross-contamination if you go for the gluten-free version.

My chicken fingers were very nicely cooked, tender, and tasty. They have a very good dipping sauce, just one sauce, and I liked it. It. They have a Texas toast that was very good, and I enjoyed the french fries.

Coleslaw came with my meal, but I wasn’t sure how to eat it because I couldn’t find any forks. So I cannot comment on the coleslaw.

The chicken was very nicely done and obviously they keep their fryers clean.

There is a Coke machine here and they also have tea and some rather tasty lemonade.

For the price, I don’t know why people don’t eat here everyday.

They sometimes can’t seem to understand basic things. It is frustrating being a customer. And I guess an employee too based on how I saw them interact with one of their employees. The employee was communicating very well the whole time I ate here (I dined in) yet people kept acting like he was an idiot. Like not understanding what was being said by him.

I don’t get how they can hold a job here if they can’t understand or comprehend things. I’m not saying that they are bad people but they can be so rude about it and act like I’m the one who is an idiot when they just don’t understand what I so clearly said. I’ll avoid this location if I were you. There are better ones. My favorite one is a little further out but I never had issues being understood anywhere else, especially there. I guess it just depends on who is taking your order.

I also found out that employees here don’t get the tips. If you give a tip to your favorite cashier? They aren’t allowed to accept the cash tip so the company will pocket it.

This location is so mid.
The girl that took our order was not pleasant and not helpful.
Food came out semi cold, not hot.
And i was sitting at the table with my family and it was pretty unpleasant with music blaring on max.

Better management at this location needs to happen.

I have been here before and it has been great. The “personal” interaction today was different but went well. However, the only food item that was mostly warm was my bread – the fingers and the fries were nasty and not even warm. Very disappointing. There were many ppl in the DT lane so I’m not sure why neither were piping hot, which is what I have come to expect. I will be going back to my Olentangy stores, even if it means driving extra distance. Sadly, this is unacceptable.
