The food was delicious, but boy, it was like a kiddie meal size. The fries were like reheated as it got really soggy and the chicken fingers even look sad for the amount and its size. You don’t get what you pay for, I guess.
When it is time to leave, you probably want to turn right. It’s in a spot where it’s very difficult to turn left across traffic.
The inside was very clean and felt very homey and welcoming.
They took a lot of time to discuss the menu and what a Celiac might order (gluten free).
So the menu is essentially chicken fingers. They can make chicken fingers without breading. These unbreaded chicken fingers are then cooked in the same oil as the breaded chicken fingers, so, there will be cross-contamination if you go for the gluten-free version.
My chicken fingers were very nicely cooked, tender, and tasty. They have a very good dipping sauce, just one sauce, and I liked it. It. They have a Texas toast that was very good, and I enjoyed the french fries.
Coleslaw came with my meal, but I wasn’t sure how to eat it because I couldn’t find any forks. So I cannot comment on the coleslaw.
The chicken was very nicely done and obviously they keep their fryers clean.
There is a Coke machine here and they also have tea and some rather tasty lemonade.
For the price, I don’t know why people don’t eat here everyday.
Thanks to everyone at Raising Canes in Graceland.
I don’t get how they can hold a job here if they can’t understand or comprehend things. I’m not saying that they are bad people but they can be so rude about it and act like I’m the one who is an idiot when they just don’t understand what I so clearly said. I’ll avoid this location if I were you. There are better ones. My favorite one is a little further out but I never had issues being understood anywhere else, especially there. I guess it just depends on who is taking your order.
I also found out that employees here don’t get the tips. If you give a tip to your favorite cashier? They aren’t allowed to accept the cash tip so the company will pocket it.
The girl that took our order was not pleasant and not helpful.
Food came out semi cold, not hot.
And i was sitting at the table with my family and it was pretty unpleasant with music blaring on max.
Better management at this location needs to happen.
