Part of the Great American Restaurants chain, you can rely on good food and service at reasonable prices. My friend had Lobster Bisque ($8) and a Chop House Salad ($10). I had my favorite Hickory Grilled Chicken Breast ($19). The Ozzies are always a Bread Basket Favorite ($1).

The food quality has greatly improved, since the many years I ate here last! Steak was so tender, and sauce was not over powering or too much. The kid really liked his chicken tenders, and with the dad tax found out the were very juicy and spot on for flavor.

1st time visiting this restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Pretty clean inside and out. Located in a lil strip mall. Hosts greet you upon entering. Once seated, waiters are attentive to handling customers. Service was outstanding, our waiter was very attentive and responsive. I ordered the steak fajitas medium rare and though the meat was a little too chewy for my liking it was still flavorful. Complimentary chips and salsa were great, as well as the chopped salad.

1st time dining at Silverado today. Celebrated a birthday. Our server was fantastic and attentive. Nice cozy setting for our family. Food took a very long time to come out but we entertained ourselves and the kids.Birthday dessert was a beautiful touch! Enjoyed our time at Silverado and we will definitely. Be back

First time coming here the service was amazing. Elvin our waiter was extremely attentive polite and thorough. My friend and I love great American restaurants because they’re always polite the food was not hot but the bread was. The space is pretty tight, we went on a Saturday night so it was crowded which I expected. The drinks were amazing we had a mango martini overall good experience the space just is not ideal.

This restaurant is part of GAR, it has excellent food and one of the very best locations in the chain.
I go here far more than their other restaurants.
It is worth the trip.

Great American Restaurants continue to knock it out of the park. All of our food was fantastic, especially the calamari and the fajitas. Superb service, as always, but Erick was a particular bright spot in friendly and attentive service. We will definitely be back.
