I order a,chicken salad and this what I got
When i called told someone about the salad. I am work in orem. Am,at work and cant go to replace the salad. Cook should have known the sald was,like this before giving it to me . I paid $19 for a,salad and basket of churro. I will not be returning to this store. Usually my food is good with ya. No excuse least refund my money back to me.

Don Chuy’s Taco Shop was really good. However, the serving sizes are beyond big. Order appropriately. The prices on the food is really good. I got the Carne Asada fries and loved them. I would say it’s a serving size for two or more though. Next time I’m there I’ll definitely do some street tacos instead.

We got food poisoning!! We just went and had some enchiladas yesterday evening, and since then we’ve been up all night dealing with liquid diarrhea and vomiting, as well as intense stomach pain!! ITS TIME TO REVALUATE THE CLEANLINESS AND QUALITY OF YOYR PRODUCTS!! This is my favorite place to eat but how am I supposed to feel comfortable if we’re suddenly getting sick off of it. We won’t be coming back for a while.

I really try to support local businesses over big chains, but this was a BIG mistake. There were no orders ahead of us, yet the food took way too long — and when it finally came out, the quality didn’t match the wait. My husband ordered red sauce, but his plate came out covered in green. When I took it back, the girl just handed me a cup of red sauce like that fixes it. By then, he was over it and just ate a little with the green but anyone who knows knows—red and green sauces don’t mix well. Then my son’s plate had the wrong beans, and I didn’t even bother asking them to fix it because the service already seemed pointless. To top it off, the juice from the wrong beans soaked into his tacos, making them soggy and inedible. I thought I’d played it safe with Birria tacos, but nope—completely soggy, falling apart, and they even forgot my consommé, which I had to go back for. $52 completely wasted. The only thing that turned out halfway decent was the quesadilla—so if you’re just after a basic, subpar kids’ quesadilla and a decent Mountain Dew, this might be your spot. Otherwise, save your money and your appetite. Oh, and don’t plan on using the bathroom unless you have your phone flashlight.

waited over an hour for an order after they had said it was ready and then they gave me the wrong burrito… told me it was the right one. I would recommend going if you wanna wait an hour for the wrong thing and even better you have to pay for it 🙂

Food was good here. I forgot to take the pic of the food until after I started eating so y’all get 1 of 3 tacos. The service was alright. I read one of the comments which said it’s the best and it was just alright to me. The person who assisted me wasn’t rude or anything like that, but the service didn’t have that genuinely great vibe. Just the same, the agua fresca sección with the horchatas on the side was great! I had coconut horchata and I loved it. If you want ice and you decide to get something the the sua fresca section you have to go to the soda machine which is on the other side of the restaurant (which isn’t far, the place isn’t huge). Aside from that, the food had nice flavor and they do still have salsa verde y roja, it’s just not out anymore because of covid so they’ll ask you or you have to ask them for it. The music was great. There was a top 100 type of channel playing something and the music from back was slightly audible and it was in Spanish. I liked both so I was happy.

The staff provides one of the best customer service experiences. The food was amazing as well. Everything from the tacos to burritos was outstanding. Although it could be a little cleaner, I will still come back to this shop again!

I recently had my first purchase via drive through at Chuys. I had heard that it was a good spot for food and wanted to give it a shot. We ordered some asada fries and burritos. Overall service was pleasant and they made the order fast. I asked for very well done meat and they definitely listened which I loved because places usually dont do it. I do feel that the food was overpriced for what I got comparatively to other local area taco shops. The food itself was good/ almost basic but the salsa was not it. Its was very watered down which I didn’t like. I
