I’m really disappointed because I actually love Wendy’s and order from this location frequently through DoorDash and Uber Eats. Unfortunately, there has been a consistent pattern of incorrect orders.
Most recently, I ordered a Baconator combo with added nuggets and received a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and what appeared to be a Biggie Bag instead. That’s a major downgrade from what I paid for. After delivery fees and upcharges, I spent about $25 and did not receive what I ordered.
This is not the first time this has happened. Large sandwiches have been replaced with smaller ones, and items have been missing on multiple occasions. It’s frustrating to pay premium delivery prices and repeatedly receive incorrect or downgraded items.
If certain menu items are unavailable, they should be marked as unavailable rather than substituted with significantly smaller items without communication. I really enjoy the food, but this ongoing issue makes it hard to continue ordering from this location.
I hope management addresses this.

The past few times I have came to this BK, I have been nothing but pleased, customer service is at a 10/10 & and so is the food. I came a couple minutes past breakfast the other week and the girls still accommodated me, then I came this morning and the lady that seemed to be working all by herself was very sweet and she made my iced coffee just perfect, this is the CS everybody should strive for especially in the morning, it takes nothing to be kind! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because the parking lot was filthy, trash all over the ground. Other than that I am satisfied with this location and I can’t say that about many BK’s.

Okay, did I miss the memo?? I haven’t been to Burger King in a while but when did these burgers become elf meals? I was so hungry and do hurt when I saw this dinner roll snack. In light of it all, the customer service was unexpectedly good and the food was delicious and fresh. Overall, it’s was a positive experience

The service was horrible. I pulled up at the drive thru, the employees were outside smoking weed. I should have known it would only get worse. I ordered a whopper, asked them to cut it in half, pulled up to the window to pay, one of the very employees who was outside came in to collect payment. His register was not set up and I had to wait for them to be able to take my card payment. When my burger came, they only wrapped it in one paper, and when I opened it, it fell apart. I asked them to wrap it individually and one of the employees handed me another sheet of paper. Worst service I have ever received. Don’t buy from there!!!!

Transparent Solutions
Drive thru was slow this time, but they actually got our order correct. The order taker had difficulty with the intercom, but was polite and professional. It was kind of nice to hear that, in his multi-tasking, he was only talking about work (at the window and with colleagues about orders): Not personal drama.
The vegan burger was completely cooked and hot this time. The fish sandwich could use a little less grease and/or more crisping. But, we were not completely disappointed.

I went there for me and my kids . They messed up every order except the bacon king, but I went back and let them know and Stefan graciously made things right I had my 3 kids cheeseburgers re made and my double whopper as well and had a couple of Hershey pies for free. I’m satisfied with the service for sure. Overall it was a 4.4/5 experience. Thank you

The staff couldn’t have been any less interested in taking our order. And the screens were blacked out, so we had to look up the menu. Our food was ready, but nobody called our number (or put it in the bag for that matter). Coke machine didn’t have ice, all the lids were gone. I tried asking the lady for lids, but she turned around and left like I wasn’t talking to her. She must have been too busy talking on her phone. Yeah, never going again.

Drive thru is broken with a note asking to come inside. I had no problem coming inside after seeing the message, but at least have someone ready to take my order. The young lady that was standing in the front went to the back of the restaurant and stayed back there til I eventually just left and went to the union city location.

Earlier today bought a chicken jr from here and the sandwich was good so I did the survey on the receipt and told my son buy a small fry to get the free chicken sandwich and someone that works there told my son he could not use the code because it was a scam…I also screenshot my code once I got done with the survey

I ordered than left b/c the serve was horrible! The cashier had me on hold at the drive , me and the driver, for about 10 minutes, just to place the order. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wanted a big whopper w/cheese. However, the young lady did apologize. Just just didn’t want anymore.
