I love this store but tonight I found a straw paper in my burger. I had no interaction with the employees and ordered at the kiosk. Ive worked fast food for years and even worked at this location. You just dont do shit like this. Shame on the person that did it and shame on yall. I bit into my damn burger just to pull out a damn piece of paper.

I spent almost 45 mins in drive thru waiting and another 30 mins in the lobby..I had spent all that time and wanted to see just how long it would take…kitchen staff is moving like zombies with no purpose I haven’t seen a manager helping anywhere in the restaurant..it seems like nobody cares about anything and the customers around me say this is how this mcdonalds is and known for. Very poor service.

The people were great, however I waited twenty minutes in the drive thru for one crispy chicken sandwich with golden sauce and one medium diet coke at 8:07pm. I thought ok the sandwich will be freshly cooked and hot since I had to wait so long. When I got the sandwich, I wasn’t hot, nor fresh. I made sure to check the sandwich when I pulled out of the parking lot and got back on the road to see what it was like.

I’ve stopped by several times and no one will take inside orders at the counter. I made eye contact with 2-3 employees but no one even acknowledged me. Also, the odor is terrible and smells unclean in the sitting areas. I left without ordering. I’ll share my experience with others.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I waited for over 20 minutes at the window for my food. The window was open the entire time and when they finally gave me my food, expecting it to be fresh, the chicken strips were cold, the fries were cold, and the lady at the window pretty much threw the bag at me. Definitely wont be back to this location

genuinely the worst mcdonalds i’ve been to the manger is very rude and also seems to be a very racist. Went to the drive through to get another sandwich made after the manger rang me up for the wrong food .Instead of them remaking my food the manger told me she would give me my money back and to never come back to the store.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my local McDonald’s and thoroughly enjoy the employees! They are hometown peeps! But when you as a customer have a large order and you’re old and you have to climb two long concrete set of steps, it would be helpful to have a large bag to put it all in and a drink holder. Seriously, I was denied a bag and not given a reason. Male in the background shouted something about checking order and that was it. The poor gal at the window was embarrassed, bless her heart. I spend a LOT of money here due to three grandsons I feed part of the week and three adults. This order was lighter but still 20 dollars and two drinks with three bags I had to manage under artistic fingers while carrying other items, two drinks under my arm, while hanging onto railing.

its great, but sometimes can be low quality food. their employees are very nice and quick to go in and out. very friendly for kids, especially with the toys and kids meal.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. I’ve tried them a few times and the food is NEVER fresh. The burger was so greasy it soaked through not on the container but the bag too. Meanwhile the fries were stale and cold. The whole place smells like a big toilet. Don’t go here!

It’s McDonald’s. I mean I’ve been going to these fast food joints since I was able to walk. This location in Soddy Daisy is so clean. Everyone is very nice and they cook your food fresh. I moved here from a big city. That never happened. I absolutely love being here and food.
