I stopped in for lunch this past week and it was very good. The only thing I would have changed is a little bit more sauce on the pizza but I think that might just be the style of this pizza. I also got cheesecake because my main reason for stopping was that I was craving something sweet, so I figured I better get some lunch too since it was lunch time-the single piece of pizza I got was Huge. I would definitely go back, it was very good.

I literally called back to just inform them, that the pizza was not done. I did not won’t money back or a new pizza because I live at a distance. What appeared to be a young lady turned out to be just a body who lacked customer service skills. I requested to speak with the manger who conveyed he inform his pizza maker, that he will have to pay for the pizza because he cannot continue paying for his mistakes. I offered to send a picture and he sent me his number. First excuse, onions and peppers have a lot of water and thats why that happened. Uuum, that’s one lame excuse, second maybe when you carried it out, you tipped it over. Uuum, who lies about tipping a pizza? I know how to carry out a pizza. I am definitely not a customer is always right type of person but to debate over a pizza and you already acknowledge that you cannot continue to pay for your employees mishaps explains it all. I informed him, the pizza was only 28.00, the best to you and your employee. You lost my business.

Luigi’s never disappoints. They are consistent in making top notch quality pizza. Great fresh ingredients with sauce that is spot on. The only thing that could make their pizza better is by offering cup-n-char pepperonis with a tad longer cook for cheese that is starting to brown. This is one of the best pizzerias in the Charlotte region!

Overall great NY style pizza! The option for 20 inch is awesome the pizza barely for in the box! Flavor was good, crust was crisp, but the center was very floppy which made the first few bites messy and tricky to eat especially for the kids. Service was quick and friendly. I’ll happily come back again!

Pizza is decent. Base price of large (20”) cheese is $20.50. Large veggie at $32.50 seemed a bit excessive. $2.99 per topping each for mushrooms, onions, green peppers and olives. It didn’t feel like the finished product had $12 worth of veggies. Talked with the manager (owner?) who said that’s what it is. Disappointed.

I enjoyed the crust but I was a little disappointed with the toppings they are just tossed on top and heated up. Slice was big but undercooked on top and overcooked on the bottom.

Been going here since MS, never had a problem. They used to write down the order but they know it all even when they know nothing.
Asked for a stromboli, Pep, bacon and DICED sausage. got a calzone, mushroom and beef.
This place has slowly been on the decline for me but now its goodbye. Great place just the drive and this incident have spun me out.

Came here for the first time tonight after living down the street from this place for over a year. It was not worth it. I put in an order around the 6:00 hour and my food was ready by 7:11. I ordered baked ziti, Caesar salad, and garlic knots. It was an absolute waste of $21. My ziti had a layer of cheese and red sauce with a bunch of penne noodles mixed with some ricotta cheese and red sauce mix. Very disappointed my food didn’t taste fresh, but more like a reheat. The garlic knots were drowning in butter and not hot either. The best part of my meal was probably the Caesar salad and that’s saying something given it was a side size. I don’t try to tear any business down, but this was extremely disappointing to be my meal for dinner.
