Amazing place! Very cozy atmosphere — you immediately feel like you’re visiting good friends.
The food is incredibly delicious, everything is fresh and full of flavor. This is real Georgian cuisine, something that is truly missing in Orlando.
The owners are extremely welcoming, warm, and attentive, which makes the experience even more special.
I drove here специально from Orlando because there is no authentic Georgian restaurant there — and it was absolutely worth it.
I have already recommended this place to all my friends and colleagues and will definitely keep bringing people here for dinner.
One of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!
The original house-made drinks like kvas are unique and delicious — definitely something you won’t find everywhere.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. On top of that, the service is brilliant — friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
Highly recommend this place if you want amazing food and a wonderful dining experience!
The dosheme plov and vareniki were absolute standouts and crowd favorites at our table. We also loved the khachapuri, samsa, and lahmacun as starters ,they’re perfect for sharing. The pickled plate paired beautifully with all the main dishes and added that classic Eastern European touch.
For drinks, their Ukrainian beers and Kampot were excellent. And don’t skip dessert, the honey cake and blinchiki are a must!
Highly recommend if you’re craving true, comforting Eastern European cuisine.
Our compliments to the chef! The restaurant is darling. And our server was wonderful. Thank you for a lovely experience! We’ll be back!
They helped us plan the menu ahead of time, which made everything so much easier. Nothing felt random or chaotic – everything was organized and just made sense.
The place itself is super cozy and warm, perfect for a birthday dinner. Service was great, food came out on time, and no one felt forgotten even with such a big group.
It really felt personal and well taken care of, which I really appreciated.
Would 100% come back and definitely recommend this place for group dinners or celebrations.
We just completed our second trip thru Europe this year and have had lots of good food in many countries. We were on a layover in Tampa and I wanted one more authentic meal before the trip was complete. I googled European food places and a few came up, but Nene’s has a great rating and looked interesting.
We started with Ukrainian salad vinaigrette and Samsa . Both were good but i enjoyed the samsa better. Hot and well seasoned.
We enjoyed this with a couple of beers, scyturys being one of them.
For dinner
First the good came out hot and steaming.
She had Chakhokhbili, which she said was very good.
I had Uzbek Plov. The lamb was very tender. Rice was perfectly cooked and well seasoned.
We enjoyed a bottle of Vida Rkatsiteli Qvevri . It went well with our meal.
The place was not too busy, and had a great atmosphere. Authentic décor and music. The gentleman serving us was great to talk with snd explain the menu or dishes we were unfamiliar with. (Even suggested I didn’t order the Kan plov as its a dish meant for 4)
We dod not get to enjoy dessert as our main courses were very filling.
Would recommend again to anyone! Thank you Nene’s for a memorable last European meal for our trip.
