Not a fast food girlie but was pleasantly surprised with this spot. Split a burger with endless air Caesar which was just what you want when you crave a Caesar (saucy goodness).
Hostess could use some (being generous) brushing up on customer service but our waitress (who was also the bartender) was lovely.
Burger was solid- onion ring tower was deeply battered and satisfied my craving for a crunchy treat.

The Gourmet burgers were real good would recommend!
The Tavern burgers were just ok.
The fryer grease needs to be changed DESPERATELY!
There’s a bitter old fryer oil aftertaste after eating the onion rings and the doh! rings .Very unappealing aftertaste!
The pretzel bites were way over microwaved ?
They were hard and inedible the dipping cheese lid was melted on cheese sauce container..
$9.99 total waste in the trash bin.
The mud pie was very pathetic did not even come close to the Menue photo. It was very small .
Shrinkflation strikes hard on this one .
$9.99 for that ( see photo) was just mind blowing!
Disappointing ..
The garlic fries , some were ok cook consistency and some were very dry and freeze dried texture.
I’d stick only to the burgers and fries.
Onion rings tasted of old rancid fryer oil as others have commented on.

Glad to see Red Robin still trying. Haven’t went in years because of service at the Holland location. Glad it’s back on track. Great wait staff. Burgers as ordered. Who doesn’t like endless steak fries

We stop by for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We were seated immediately and our server was there to greet us shortly after. She was very friendly. Our food was served no too long. We ordered the onion rings tower, burger and the bone in chicken wings. All were hot, crispy and excellent tasting overall.
The attentive server refilled our drinks without us having to asking for it.
She offered to put all my leftover in a to go container. Excellent service!
I will return and recommend this place.

Been going here since I was a kid. Bottomless fries, burning love burger, campfire sauce. Be sure to ask for extra baskets of fries before your food even comes out. Extra campfire sauce too. I’m glad Holland still has this around. Been going here since I was a kid. Lots of fries I’ve eaten here. Not healthy obviously, nor are my tips, but the service has always been good as far as I can ever remember. Keep supporting this place, lots of them are closing sadly

I’m still here. Sat waiting for someone to come to the table. I sat here watching them wait on everyone around us that came in after us. When the waitress came she was rude with lots of facial expressions to match. Not a what can I get for you. It was “ what do you want for food “. We’ll see how the food is if it ever comes out. Less than impressed.
it went as expected. about a dozen cold fries on my plate with my burger. burger was pink and i ordered well done. I wont say I will never go back. But only if I am with people that want to go there. So many other places with much better customer service. I think the mentality is becoming we have to tip instead of they should earn a tip… and I usually tip large.

Great food, and service. Given incorrect information about a drink availability. However the manager was able to get it made the way my son liked it. So he was happy. The waitress was really great.

Been here several times before and went out of my way to try something new, and I was not disappointed by the new fondue burger! Cooked wonderfully, with the side bowl of fondue feeling nearly gourmet in taste. I also got some of the pretzel bites and found them to be crisp and delicious. With excellent food, attentive wait staff that were always available to help, and a wonderful atmosphere. Red Robin’s is one of my favorite places to eat!

This Place Is Amazing!. The General Manager, Gerardo, Provided An Outstanding Experience. He’s Always Very Attentive To The Customers, Which Is Something That’s Hard To Find Now Days. We Got Our Food Right Away Even Though There Was A Party Of 40 People. I Really Do Admire Gerardo As He Is A Very Hard Worker And Always All Over The Place (That’s How I Noticed Him And Finally Asked For His Name) Every Time I’ve Came In Here He’s The One Running The Restaurant. He Works Great Under Pressure And Is Always Doing Something, I’ve Seen Him Also Mopping When A Waitress Accidentally Spilled He Just Handled It So The Waitress Could Keep Giving Attention To Customers. This Is Something You Never Really See. Awesome Job Gerardo, You Deserve Even More!.
