Our order was four burritos two hash browns We waited over 10 minutes. We were choosing between McDonald’s and Starbucks but decided to stop here and were unhappy with the wait. Although there were no customers inside, there were only a few cars on the drive.

Today Dec 21 2025, waited for 10 minutes no one available to take my order, my kids were really hungry and make me upset because I had to go all the way to the first and second window to have one of the employees to tell me that I need to go back to place my order, even that I explain to her that I waited for 10 minutes and some other people behind me, I end up getting my food at WIMPY’S HAMBURGERS by Tulare Ave, better service.

You need something to make you not feel as hungry? They got it. Nothing special. Egg and sausage McMuffin had a greenish egg in it. Not sure if how they cooked it made it look that way or if it was bad but I ate it and didn’t get sick.

It took me less than 2min from ordering to getting my food. Normally that would be a good thing but none of the food was hot, not even warm. The bacon was extra extra crispy to the point of tasting burnt. Pancakes were cold & had a tough edge like they had been sitting out. The hash browns wasn’t exactly cold but not warm either & a little soggy with oil. The scrambled egg was the worst part of the whole thing. It’s some kind of flat, tasteless, rubbery thing that at first glance I thought was a slice of cheese. Not even warm, like the rest, had no flavor & didn’t resemble the McDonald’s scrambled eggs in any kind of way. I completely wasted my money with this big breakfast & I’d highly recommend that if you want to get a McDonald’s breakfast you try another location & not the one on bardsley. As far as customer service, there wasn’t any. I ordered online, walked in & not one person even looked at me. My food was on the counter, I grabbed the bag & waited a second in case anyone wanted to make sure I wasn’t stealing. Nobody was paying attention & it was not busy.

I went in to get an ice cream cone with my points but after I had ordered it the girl behind the counter said their ice cream machine was down. N I turned away sad but then the girl said I can give u a shake instead.
