This is the second time in 2 days that my doordash order came without a straw. 4 drinks 0 straws. Luckily one of my thermos has a metal straw. But I suggest double checking that the straws get put in the bag, or using the stickers to put them on the outside of the bags.

This location was much better than the one by my house. My sandwich has fresh lettuce and the tomatoes were perfectly ripe. The manager was exceptionally friendly and the service was quick. The only downside is that the large fries were not filled to the top, so basically I paid for a large but received medium.

If they would put more then one pickle on the burger it would be awesome but other then that the staff are awesome. They are nice and helpful, and patient when I use the app, cuz its always bugging. They are respectful even if im paying in just change. Love these guys

I went to this McDonald’s a year ago, I’ve been to many McDonald’s across the United States, New York, California, Boston, you name it, never have I ever been to a better McDonald’s than the one in Booneville, Missouri, I don’t live there I was just passing through, and anytime someone talks about a McDonalds I’m like “nah talk gotta hit up the one in Boonville” (as it should be a tourist destination) I’m talking Chick-fil-A styled customer service. Gotta go back through to make sure they still got it.

I would not purchase food at this location. I bought a series of meals for my family on the app and after waiting 25 minutes in the store still did not have our food when I said just give me my money back and we’ll go somewhere else cuz there are other restaurants in the area I was told that they cannot refund money off of the app and then I would just have to leave without my food so we had to we’ve had to request a refund through McDonald’s corporate and it’s ridiculous everyone was in their waiting for their food and no food was going out I’m not sure what their problem is.

Very frustrating experience! Ordered through the app from 4 minutes away. Arrived to find a divided line of about 15-18 total cars. Waited TWENTY FOUR minutes to get to the speaker, provide my code, and get to the window to get my order. TWENTY FOUR!! Had I not already paid, I absolutely would have left. When I received my food, it was warm, but not hot. The flavor was just okay, notwhat I’m used to. The employees were reasonably polite, but no acknowledgement or apology for the extreme wait.

Placed a mobile order pick up 15 mins before arrival to location. It wasn’t ready and had to wait another ten mins at the drive thru pick up area because the order wasn’t ready. The point of a mobile order with location services turned on is to decrease the wait time for order pick up.

Hit or miss on visits. Sometimes food comes out fresh, do not recommend getting mc chicken unless you specify that you want it fresh. Same for fries.

Workers are amazing. They just don’t communicate barely Team Work. The waiting is forever is just to get a drink, but most of all Safety of customers place Didn’t have No AC, Temp was 103 degrees which makes the floor very slippery table was very sticky workers was cleaning them off a lot & windows were foggy. Although they do have signs everywhere and mops for anybody to use places is very slippery. I don’t recommend it for anyone safety even workers were slipping and falling Yes, they did have a big fan in the kitchen for the workers besides that the only fan that I can call that they have in the building, although I do understand of running a business but, My Strongly Opinion First should come Employees & Customers Safety no matter what.
