02/01/2026- Yesssss! I love me some CAVA! Purchased a “ build your own bowl” !!! Bought a Blueberry soda ( Bottle) by Maine root! Yum! Great staff! Quick service! No long lines! Clean place to dine in or carry out! Had a great food experience!

Let me first say I love the food. Unfortunately, service overrides the experience. I don’t typically walk away from ordering but the demeanor and body language in addition to the attitude I’m given when I enter this establishment is ridiculous. If I had the time to travel to the one near Union Station, I would just go there. I like my bowl the way I like my bowl and have no issues with paying any additional costs. The lady preparing the bowl really stood there and said no, that’s all! I said I get it made this way every single time and offer to pay additional costs if need be. She stood her ground with yeah but no! Rolled her eyes and said what else do you want?! Actually, nothing. I’ll just head home and make my own! Their staff for the most part are rude. On a rare occasion, I do get someone polite and hospitable but 90% of the time the service is horrible. As I fore-mentioned, the food is good but they need new staff!

Giving them 2 stars cause the food is good but the attitudes SUCK. They act like the FREE toppings come out of their pay check! I have to literally ask for extra scoops of the FREE veggies cause they give you half a scoop. Then when you ask they give you a teaspoon and look at you like you’re crazy. Oh, I went at 9:30 one evening and they ran out of chicken and instead of cooking more they made people get harissa chicken and still charged them. Like, they need better management. And I only go to this one cause it’s close to home but I’m about to drive for better service.

It’s so good to have quick healthy options in the neighborhood. I was greeted with a smile and the counter service was efficient and friendly. I chose the Greek salad with grilled chicken and it was fresh and yummy. I’ll stop in again to try more menu items!

I had such a great experience at the CAVA in Woodmore Towne Centre! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed—but what really made the visit stand out was the amazing customer service.
Sonya and Claudia were absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and genuine energy. Sonya was super helpful and patient while I made my selections, and Claudia went the extra mile to make sure everything was prepared just the way I like it. You can tell they truly care about their work and making customers feel welcome.
It’s not every day you get that kind of service paired with great food. I’ll definitely be coming back—and recommending this location to friends and family. Shoutout to Sonya and Claudia for making this CAVA location a standout!

I almost never leave reviews for any restaurants I go to but this one is definitely a must!!!! I had such an amazing experience at this location! Customer service was outstanding, I was served by the manager Sonya and from the moment we entered, the warm ambiance and friendly staff made us feel at home. Sonya was attentive and gave great recommendations, she had a positive demeanor and was super kind. 10/10 service!!!! Highly recommend.

The meal I chose was amazing( Steak + Harissa )
The drink I took was sparkling lemonade and mixed of violet when I drank it was 10/10. I could have requested more sweet sauce in my bowl, but it was a great meal. It was not expensive for four people.

I didn’t take pictures. I always get the Falafel wrap and about five sides of the pita, the fried ones WHOOOAAAA THEY ARE GOOD!!! My husband usually gets a wrap or salad with steak. Their hummus, dips and sauces are all great! I can’t emphasize those pita chips enough!!!!

I visited this location on 11/2/25 at 6:30om. I ordered a bowl. With a bowl a half pita usually comes on the side. Because they were low in stock on pitas, I was told I couldn’t have one with my bowl because they needed to save the rest to make chips. So one would have thought a discount would have been provided for my inconvenience, but that wasn’t the case. I was told if I wanted a pita on the side, I had to pay for a full one because making a profit off of the chips was more important than my customer experience of a usual bowl which includes the pita on the side.
This unfair treatment was enforced by management on this day, and executed by the service line as she prepared my bowl and specially said my manager enforced this rule for today. Ontop of this issue, the rice was clumped together and the food was bland.
This was my first experience at Cava and I’m sure it will be my last with this service. I wish I could have my $25 back!!

I usually order online for delivery, but decided to stop by in-person this time. The ambiance was nice. You can eat outside or inside. I ate outside since it was a nice day. The server at the counter was SUPER friendly. He explained my options and showed me the selections, and also recommended certain toppings. I truly enjoyed my salad, and all of the topping choices. Every bite tasted fresh and delicious . I highly recommend CAVA for a deliciously organic and Greek-style salad!
