Came here this morning to get my steak and egg no cheese with a hashbrown and large coffee.
Like coming here cause it’s right off the interstate.
I parked my semi on the shoulder along the train tracks. Food was good as always & I’ve been here before. So I’ll def be back next time around. Good food as always.

They need to get some better workers. Those kids just standing around playing. I ordered my food through the app and went through the drive through. The boy at the Window told me to pull to the reserved spot #2. I waited over 15 mins for my order and. I watched the kid come out of the restaurant with my food and proceeded to go to the two other cars that were parked, trying to give them my food. I finally got out of my car and went inside. I see nothing but the male workers standing around talking to their friends who walked inside.
Thanks to the manager who made my food over for me, but her crew is out of control. They aren’t helping or doing anything she says. Only person I saw working is the young lady that was in the back with the manager.

This is the worst McDonald’s ive ever eaten at! They always screw you in the drive through, Slow service with an attitude. Dont be supprised when they ask you to park in spot #6. Spent 20 minutes waiting on a double cheese burger and fries, and the fries were cold again! When i got home I found they gave me a hamburger but charged me for a double and my wife didn’t get the 2 sauces to go with her 10 piece. Dried out, bland burgers, cold, unsalted fries , fries half full. $3 for a hash browns, really? You can get 10 lbs of potatoes for that. 2 sauce limit on 10 piece nugget, 3 for a 20 piece. Want another, that’s going to cost you extra. McDonald’s should revoke Mercers franchise. They hold the franchise rights for all 5 Slidell locations, and they are all poorly run, but this one is the worst of them all. Go back and complain and not even a sorry.

This makes the second time I have went to this McDonald’s and they has really messed up. My order went through drive-through ordered a 10 piece large pie large sprite and I also ordered a Mc double five dollar bag which is Mc double nuggets fries and a joint well neither one of my orders were correct my oldest granddaughter that ordered the 10 piece nugget with the sprite. Got a four piece nugget with A Coke and then my other Granddaughter instead of receiving her nuggets, her fries and her joint with her sandwich they gave her three sandwiches and a drink, and I think a fry

Go here often (if it wasn’t for my kids I would NEVER go here again. Every single time I go here I order ahead on the app, pull up, and one of two cars ahead of me. Get to the window just to be pulled up for 15 minutes MINIMUM! Well tonight we ordered 1 QP, 1 medium fry, 10 piece nugget, and McDouble. Pulled me up of course, IT WAS A 29 MINUTE WAIT! Then guess what? Noticed they left out the McDouble, so i turned around and went inside and said “I’m missing a PLAIN MCDOUBLE.” She brings a bag with the McDouble and get home and guess what, ITS FULLY DRESSED! SO NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK AGAIN! No one’s in a rush, lots of people in no hurry, and ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!

My chicken was burnt. I went here on my break, due to my time restraint I was forced to either eat a burnt piece of chicken or not eat anything at all. The staff was very friendly and polite the only issue I have was with my chicken being burnt, it was the correct order and the food was hot but…come on.

Quick service even though they were busy with the lunch rush. They have cool new machines you can use to order yourself (can help cut down on order misunderstandings and great if you like tech stuff). I’d recommend this as one of the better McDonald’s in the area.
