Not a real nice Jacks but no issues. Food was good, service was fast. The Box is the best deal. Next time I will get the original combo. The actual burger is one of the best in the industry.

They didn’t put any taco sauce on the loaded tacos. But that’s whatever. The condition of this place was disgusting. It is so extremely dirty. One door doesn’t work they got boards on the windows. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Piss on the toilet seat on the floor idk what was in the sink. The tables are all dirty the floors were dirty. The soda machine was out of a lot of the sodas. The poor girl in the front was also working the drive through and she seemed like she needed help. There was one guy complaining about his car not working. They looked slammed and this guy is talking about his car. If you’re gonna charge 12 dollars for a fast food Burger the least you could do is keep things clean this place should be shut down until they get it deep cleaned. Disgusting.

Tonight was the first time in 3 months that I stopped here for food. After being a D.D. for family celebrating New Years I figured why not. I pulled in the drive thru at 3:24 am. I watched as the car in front of me sat stagnant with no line in front of her, one car at the pickup window. At 3:28 a voice was heard saying “were closed”. Im not one to complain about this little of a time gap betweeen closing/opening but when taking into consideration that my last trip here took over an hour from wait, to order, to food I felt it was important to touch on this. Also, this very much felt intentional. As someone that started in the workforce at 14 years old with McDonalds, I understand the importance of good customer service and decorum. Im unsure of why insane wait times, poor service or closing early is acceptable but either way; it doesnt make me want to return. I hope this review is taken seriously and addressed to some degree. Also, the food rating was based off my last order from months back. Thank you.

The attached image is an “Ultimate Cheeseburger with no mustard” from a Munchie meal. I’m pretty sure they put all the mustard they had on it. I can’t eat mustard so I threw it away. I just wish I had got a receipt.
I didn’t ask for one because earlier in the week they had forgot some items I had ordered, but was charged for (I have a receipt for that one.) but I figured that it was just an oversight; now I wish I had asked for one.
I only come through in the evenings because there are a few places open late in Aberdeen. The late night shift is a hit or a miss. Sometimes they’re great, and sometimes not so much. I worked for Jack In The Box in high school and for the company who owns this franchise in particular, so I understand the overnight shifts can be difficult, but you should still be able to get what you ordered and paid for.
The APP (which is not the fault of the franchise or the store) rarely works. When it lets you complete an order, which it doesn’t always, it will charge you and give you a confirmation code, but then the store will not receive the order. Or it will not let you complete an order entirely, but at least it’s not like the McDonald’s app.

Food was hot, fast, and edible which is honestly all I really care about at a fast food place. The restaurant was not clean, most of the tables were dirty, no toilet paper or towels in the restroom, and just not well cared for all around. Staff was friendly enough but didn’t seem to care or know much.

I stopped in on the 6th and ordered a Buttery jack meal with a LRG seasoned fry and some Orange juice. Order got mixed up, the two gentlemen I spoke with were splendid with accomodation and understood what went wrong off of a verbal misunderstanding between the two. Let me keep the burger I got wrong, remade mine and have a mini cake , said to leave a good qr code review but I lost my receipt!! I’m so sorry! haven’t forgotten about you two! You guys were awesome and not because I got free stuff you got a good duo staff from what I could tell off of that day! Keep each other up hope to see you there when I return, I never order from Jack’s but when I do I love it, but I’ll tell you what. Ordering a dlx and getting a regular single patty had me double take even the picture of the burger I bought I was like no way that’s funny stuff I work fast food too so I get it! Enjoy yourselves

Friendly staff. Scrambled eggs were browned. Tiny pancakes tasted like the ones we get from Costco so that’s fine. No butter. No napkins. Asked for salt and pepper and received about 10 of each ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Ordered two breakfast jacks, no ham, add ketchup through doordash. Neither customization was honored. Had to throw the sandwiches away as I can’t eat ham. Damn shame.

We’ve gone through the drive thru a few times in the morning (10:20 ish) it’s always been a guys helping us and he is AWESOME!!! So pleasant and professional, we just want to say thank you to him. There was also a lady working there who is just as nice.
