Let me tell you…. I haven’t been to a fast food place in a long time let all see what I saw today!!!!!! So as I pulled up I see Gabriella dressed very professional well spoken very nice. You can see they are busy. But everything was running smooth.. I paid got everything quickly and hot. I had to ask out of curiosity. I asked what her position was… And boy was I in amazement when she spoke district Manager. It is terrific to see a person like that still in the field getting dirty and working like her employees. Good for her. Way to lead that company. The only complaint I have that there is no complaints to be made…. 10*

Make sure to ask for your receipt. I was overcharged and when called them out cashier got nervous and asked for my card again said hadn’t charged me. I checked my bank and saw a charge and a reversal for the higher amount and a charge for the correct amount. When asked for a receipt refused to provide claiming their machine was not working. I am going to review my bank statements since have found at least one other overcharge.

Look it here, every Wendy’s basically got a different layout menu. Some are clear to see while others look like they need to be redone. Whoever is at drive-thru doesn’t have any patience at all and wants to rush like dang girl I can’t even see your menu properly. Terrible customer service! I got two napkins for three orders and the fries were OLD and soggy. The only good thing was the double stack… Sheesh man, I’ll be driving out of my way to go to another location over this one…

Terrible terrible customer service the Haitian lady out front hair wasn’t done. She was being extra rude, the language barrier was too strong. I asked barbecue she said ok and I looks in my bag and there wasn’t any bbq sauce at all. My frosty was watery. She made my big bro pay 4 extra dollars when she was the one who got the order wrong in the first place. My cousin was eating a frosty with a fork, they gave me an extra spoon for no reason and charged me for it. The nuggets got cold because the whole dining room is cold. Drinks too sour and drinks not available. Worst experience ever.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Wendy’s. I was charged incorrectly for my order. It felt like I was being cheated on both price and service. I asked them why was my order so high for (2) cheese burgers, kids meal nugget and small French fries came to $22. When I brought it up, the staff did not handle it professionally and offered no real solution. I was informed no one has a dollar menu and that cheese burgers are $5 a piece. I went on line and the JR Cheeseburger they charge me for is $2.19+ a piece. I proceed to call this morning to speak w/ a manger and received no answer. I was cheated last night at the drive thru window. As a customer, I expect honesty and fair treatment, and unfortunately, this location did not deliver either. I will be taking my business elsewhere until improvements are made.
